      Thanks buddy. I'm gonna be building jack supports on my channel in a few weeks. That attach to the jack & locks into the car for better lifting support..

    For safety take a welding blanket or a small piece of log chain and throw o er your chain from the tower to the car so if your clamp let's go it'll cause the chain and clamp to fall to the floor instead of becoming a projectile. Other than that good job on a home built frame machine.

      Yeah, I do that now. That is very important safety tip. Thanks for sharing.

    excellent job, you saved time and money. how much were the costs and where did you get the big chassis clamps from?

    • @BlueLineGarage
      @BlueLineGarage  3 года назад +2

      It works great. Gonna use it again soon on my volvo build if you watch that its gonna be a easy pull. I was thinking of making a small panel puller and record that. Costs in U.S.A was maybe $800 in material. The pinch weld clamps I got from JMC which I state in my video. Those were expensive but a must have. Minus the pinch weld clamps the metal alone was around $100...

    i made a frame machine similar and it pulls really good but at time the back end where the arm is it wants to rise up off of the ground. any ideas on how to keep it on the ground without drilling anchors in my driveway?

    • @BlueLineGarage
      @BlueLineGarage  4 года назад

      Can you show me a video? If I am thinking right you can place a stabilizer arm that swings out from the tubing that goes across to the back pinch weld

      @@BlueLineGarage thanks bud. i spend all my free time on youtube watching repair videos, i think i have a good idea of what a typical video looks like, im just nervous about starting. Also, I didn't think building a frame puller would be so easy. Good idea with all the fins on the post.
