I am very satisfied and agree with your video and it's content. However there are few more shortcomings to add to yours list viz:
I- Low /non-standardzed position of A.C. vents. It results in more air through on left hand instead of face.
II-No LED tail lights
III-BA (Brakes Assist) must be added to Titanium variant
IV- Rear A.C. vents missing. Must be given at least in Titanium & Titanium+ variant.
V- Inappropriate doors lock- unlock system from inside
VI- Old fashioned or poor design of MID. However many hatchbacks have better designed MID than Ecosport-2018.

Mere pass EcoSport hai 2 yrs se..
Apne jo kamiya batayi itni badi nahi lagi mujhe aur nahi mujhe inn se koi pareshani aayi.
Par mene 2 kamiya notice kari hai jo mujhe badi problem lagti hai :--
1) Front seats (Driver seat and seat next to him) are narrow and not comfortable at all. I have Swift & Ertiga both have wide comfortable seats. Long journey pr driving karne vale ko bahut takhan ho jaati h.. shoulders me and back pain hota hai..
2) Sayad Front windshield jyada tedi (slant) hai isliye ye problem aati hai ki agar thodi bhi dust ho windshield pr toh morning ki tirchi sun rays kirno se aage ka dikhna bahut jyada kam ho jata hai.. matlab thodi si dust se hi .. barish k time bhi opposite side ki gadiyo k headlight ka bahut focus lagta hai windshield par.
Ye problem kuch time chalane se notice nahi hogi , regular chalane se pta chalti hai.. aur khas kar tab pta chalti hai jab aapke pass ek do aur cars ho.
Sir is it good to buy eco sport signature model over titanium+ model??
Which is a better buy in new Ford ecosport - diesel top end or petrol automatic top variant. Considering price and mileage, both factors are in favour of diesel. Pls suggest.

Hello Amit. Since you have asked to share drawbacks, here is one from personal experience. I have a 2016 Ecoboost EcoSport.
Because of the tyre mounted at the back, the car has a disproportionate weight distribution ( I have found that by taking into account the experiences of other owners ). As a result of which, the lock on the rear door starts rattling after 3 or 4 months of use.
Not much of a an issue as one can take the car to the service centre and get it fixed.
But with time, the frequency of occurrence of the anomaly increases, like say every 2nd week the door starts making rattling sound on bumpy roads.
I have written about the same to Ford but yet to receive a reply.
Hoping that you would highlight the issue in your channel.

Thick A pillar blocks view at turns. Tyre noise in Trend+ Diesel inside cabin (MRF). Low pickup during over taking.Low mileage. Rest all is super cool and best in class. Will still recommend to go with it.
I am a EcoSport owner and found some issues other than u suggested Clutch is very hard and gear shift is not so soft as in other cars. Rest it's a beast in its segment.
Very nice and clear points mentioned Amit ji. I am driving new Ecosport Titanium+ Diesel for last 6 months and 15,000kms. Almost everybody knows it's positives so I'll concentrate only on negative aspects. Position of AC blowers on center consoles is very low. Front center armrest is fixed and don't move with the seat and hence almost unusable as armrest but it's still good storage box. Headlight isn't very good, both in low beam and high beam. Doors, fuel filler cap and boot don't lock automatically, one has to do it manually.

My budget is arnd 12 lakh and i want petrolvariant. As u said ecosport rear seat issue tht is th main problem. A family of 5 cannot comfortably sit in th ecosport. If i go for creta rear seat comfort is thr bt i think only e+ will be bought in my budget. I hv daily running of 15 kms. Pls suggest. Nexon is nt my choice. Or will i go for brezza. Pls reply

Petrol version (Naturally aspirated) may be good but fuel economy can be achieved better in Nexon because there is no driving mode in Ecosport..Therefore nobody prefer Petrol Ecosport.

Petrol version very low mileage of 7-8 kmpl. This is making me poorer by the day. Wonder whether you have some advise to improve mileage.

Some more drawbacks:
1. 'A' pillar of the car on the driver side, creates a blind spot. I sometimes not able see a bike, and saved my self from hitting twice till date. Now that I have the habit of seeing things by tilting my head on the right side.
2. The boot space is good but it is difficult to keep things which are flat. You have to flatten the rear seats. For e.g. I keep my foldable bicycle, it just fits into the boot. Though still boot space is really good.
3. In diesel car when car is stand still while the ignition is ON the floor of the car seems to vibrate a lot, when my car was new my co- passengers use to tell me that why the floor is vibrating.
1st point is truly a fact bro. Sir should have added it instead of noise problem.

Sir I agreed to your 1st & 3 rd pinot. I'm using new ford Ecosport diesel titanium plus & trust the engine is equally silent outside. Knee room for rear passengers is a limitation. But if you have 2 persons in back, it's the most comfortable among the competition. Couldn't have agreed more to your 3rd pinot. Already experienced a tyre cut😊 & that typical sound on broken roads. Can I fit 215, 55, R 17 to this car ?

Amit ji maine punjab main sb se pehle ecosport buy ki “first owner in punjab” ....App sahi bol rahe ho 3 adults mushkil se fit hote hai, engien sound hai but gaddi main ptta nahi lag ti or 2013 model main less engien sound hai, but love to drive this car, good handling breeza se bhi acchi hai,drag race main breeza or duster se acchi .

Rear space itni bhi km nhi, its depends on driver's height. Agar aapki height 5.5 se 5.8 tk hai to rear main space kaafi rehti hai. Engine sound bhi theek hai itni bhi ziaada nhi k Mohalle waale jaag jaaen. Or tyre, agar company ne 17 inches main tyre fit kiya hai to kuchh to soch kr hi kiya hoga Sir.. Jb Maruti 800 main rear seat pr 3 log bade aaraam se beth jate the tb kisi ne nhi kha ab log videos main comparison krte hain k peechhe 3 log aaraam se nhi beth skte.. depend krta hai bethne waale kese hain..

Good & Sensible Purchase.. Far better then Brezza. (I purchased/drove Brezza for 54KM in abt 18 Months) Find ECOSPORT far superior than Brezza. I find Built Quality far better than Maruti.

Amit ji I just baught Ecosports Titanium plus diesel on 31st August and as per your advice insisted the dealer to provide me with 16inch Tyree only and not 17inch .
Also, I just wanted to bring this to your notice that the Diesel engine has been very much refined and even from outside its not noisy . The engine noise has been pretty much refined now
