Oh no, that stinks :/. My worst is probably the flowers knocking me to death right at BOOOAL entrance, although Shar jumping challenge is further in so that stinks more. What build did you run as and what have you tried? Maybe I (and others commenting) can come up with something fun!
@@FriendlyLich I did a pure GOO Pact of Blade Warlock as a Gith with the Silver Sword. It went really well until I misclicked Misty Step and my character literally just walked to their death. RIP H'leth P'lov Kraath...
It never occurred to me that the plants would react to illusory cat 😹. Today I experienced the illusion moving on its own for the first time. Didn't know it can do that. I remember that first playthru where the plants simply killed me until I understood that bloody needler thing. Now it's like "I love chain killings" 😁 That's a great idea, btw: producing small "how to" videos, as there are so many possibilities, one cannot know them all. 👍
Hah yea took a try before I realized what happened first time I was here! Chain reactions are the best, same with the mephits. I thought I'd try to use the cat after removing surprise with Connor. Worked just fine :)
@@FriendlyLich I know of three plant monster ambushes: one near He-Who-Was, one by the goblin caravan camp, and one that's kinda in the middle down one of the roads near the Harper encounter. It has dead Harpers that get raised and a big shambling mound in a ruined tower. ETA correction: the shambling mound is just northeast of the house in deep shadow, not near the Harper encounter.
