How to fix a STUCK OR SLIPPED headlight adjustment knob | VW Ameo / Polo / Vento

  • Fix a stuck or slipped headlight adjustment knob easily.
    Tools required: -
    - T15 Star Screwdriver
    - Phillips Screwdriver + (big)
    - Liquid Grease / WD40
    - Nose Pliers
    - 6mm Allenkey
    THE KEY TO FIXING IS TO BE PATIENT AND NOT APPLY EXTRA FORCE.

    Great video. Wanted to know the screw that you adjusted after opening the plastic trim, that is for the height adjustment? My Polo low beam height isn't able to get adjusted, all though the motor from the driver seat (-,1,2,3) work fine.
    Is this the same screw that has to be greased?

      These knobs are used to adjust the level of lights, shift pan or tilt of the beam.
