I actually LOVE Arthur Morgan ❤ his story is so heartbreaking, snatched off the streets as a vulnerable orphaned child and indoctrinated by the narcissistic Dutch. Used as a henchman all his life and as soon as he loses his strength and blind loyalty he is disposed of like worthless trash 😢 There could have been a happy fulfilling life for him, but as he said himself, violence and crime was all he ever knew and he really DID give Dutch all he had. 😢

not sure if the guy above me is right but the way i got it was by doing a quest by going to the fence in saint denis, there’s a priest there who has a side quest to do, just do his quest and you’ll run into her
