Exactly, agreed! We try to polarise these aspects into our genders but people need to realise that the genders are just and biological expression of these energies but are not the totality of our being. We are souls first.

A patriarchal dominated culture insists too much on the exclusivity of God as male only. That's why some people think of the Father ,Son and Holy Spirit as exclusively male. The male element is already covered in father and son and there's no actual reason that the Holy Spirit wouldn't be female to balance it out. Other names for the Holy Spirit are Mother Light, Sacred Fire, White Light, Shakti, Omega, Ida and Holy Ghost. Furthermore, if a Christed one like Jesus was needed on any planet or any reality to enhance the spiritual evolutionary process, in a matriarchal dominated culture, it would likely be female instead of male. In such a world, they'd likely be referring to the Mother, Daughter and Holy Spirit. Perhaps in such a world as that, the Holy Spirit would actually be male.

In Mormonism, the Godhead each have wives, and you can't have a lot of leadership positions unless you're married, because counseling with a companion is important. They believe Christ had a wife while he was alive, implied, but not confirmed to be Mary Magdaline. But further up, we have Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother, both beings of Supreme divinity, but out of respect, (because humans can be grossly mean to women, and this is the holiest of all mothers), she isn't referenced much.
I grew up mormon.. and quietly.. I was taught that the Holy Ghost IS our mother.
All of these basic concepts are explained elaborately in Hindu texts.

Exactly what I also thought. There is an eternal discussion on who is the supreme, but whoever it is there is always a wife attached to Him, the feminine aspect of the supreme. And they inseparable. You cannot have Narayana without Laksmi. You cannot have Krsna without Radharani. You cannot have Shiva without Parvati. You cannot have Brahma without Sarasvati. The masculine without the feminine is incomplete.

In these texts, "Chokhmah" is not a proper name but rather a noun personified as a female figure… in other words… they might have left the reference to her in…. But certainly not her name. Is this something similar to the mormon church teachings? Although, they keep heavenly mother hidden as well, they acknowledge there is one. They say they keep her hidden because she is so sacred. They also teach it was nessesary for wave to eat from the tree of good and evil to become knowing, like god. As well as heavenly mother being imperative to creating the rest of us spirit children prior to us coming here on earth.
There some of that in Mormonism. But it’s conflicted. Suppressed as well. There is a reverence for a Heavenly Mother and at the same time a suppression of the divine feminine. I think their doctrine is shifting a bit, but not entirely sure.
This is a story of a story. I do not see any reason to assume the creator is male….it can just as easily be a female who was the creator. The he/she duality here still has male first. I can see duality of both together and then the mutual separation or a she creates the he. No one knows the beginning of he beginning.

And for the record I do not believe that Cain and Set married and procreated with their sisters. There is no mention of Adam and Eve even having daughters. There is a possible allusion to that in the OT and from reading other texts, the book of Jubilee, but it is not specifically stated in the Canon.
All the other ancient and indigenous narratives have creation stories and it is more likely that the Adam and Eve story is just another trope. It could even be said it is to introduce another line of people for the Anunakki, the Elohim who are not God and certainly not a, or the, divine Trinity. Adam and Eve were told to replenish the earth, not to have insestual relationships with their children. There were already others here. Why else would Cain be scared of his banishing after killing Able. He was worried that others would want to kill him for killing Able. "God" promised him they wouldn't. He was to suffer the same death as his brother... by a rock.
I won't even go into the fact that Yahweh is a genocidal maniac, not an all loving, caring, benevolent father as he is made out to be. If God is omnipresent, and a he, then he can not be in one place at a time. Therefore i would not even give God a gender which would be limiting that. God is everywhere in everything. Masculine and feminine energy exists in everything. Dual gender does not determine the sex you are born with... and we all start out in the womb as a female.

Marilyn Monroe was THE most popular (for men) female actress in the U.S. Straight blonde hair, blue eyes, full lips, and a curvaceous figure. The most popular doll just prior to Barbie, was the Shirley Temple doll, that of an 8 yr. old child with curly light brown hair and brown eyes. As a child actress, her roles were of a happy, talented little girl usually in need of rescuing. Both feed a patriarchal construct of dominance and a complete dismissal of matriarchal wisdom. This construct is STILL ignored by most cultures world-wide and built in to all Abrahamic religions. But even the Buddhists still deny women their right to agency and leadership.

She is the feminine voice of the Spirit of God in the books of Proverbs and the Wisdom of Solomon. In the verses where the Hebrews are preparing for a festival and the women are baking cakes for the Queen of Heaven.

Very easy to confuse the two, and they were both written about in early sacred texts, but in fact, they are two different experiences of the same being-ness of the divine. (i.e. Knowledge and Wisdom, and Experience and Wisdom).. and much has been mistranslated about Sophia.. but I still believe the Mother was erased from the text, or she'd have been more prominently discussed, and given worship in more than Proverbs and the Wisdom of Solomon. As THE divine feminine, I wish she'd have held equal space throughout the entire text. Just my opinion anyway.. FWIW. I wasn't there.
