Guys it works if you go and contact with apple id and do everything that they are telling you and they will solve your problem, mine take like 10 minute of messaging and they solved my problem

This is not working nothing is working for me what should I do
Google the message. Click on the first “apple support” link. Click “request reactivation” and press “get started”. Then sign in with the Apple ID that you’re having a problem with. Then click on the small scroll of answers with a question above. Click next and your account will be reactivated. I had a similar problem a few weeks ago where a subscription renewal didn’t go through like it should.

Idk if this works for you, but this is how I solved mine:
If you type in the official online website for Apple support, you will see a search bar that says “Search for more topics.” When you do, type in “Your account has been disabled” and it should pop up. You will see a message, and the request reactivation is clickable, so click it.
Now, if you scroll down a little, there is a button that says “get started” which you want to click. Now, this is the tricky part. The Apple ID you use in the App Store to download/update apps, is the one you want to use for the pop up that says “do you want to sign it with (insert Apple ID)” You can check by the settings on which one you use. If you don’t use the same Apple ID, click use a different ID. If it is the same one, click continue. Afterwards, it should have a menu along with some self explanatory directions. After doing that, it will show something like account reactivated, and then your done.
Granted, it’s quite hard to explain this and it may not work, but it worked for me.
go to google or whatever then search up if a message says your account has been disabled in the appstore and itunes then click on the first one then click request activation then answer their question and your account is gonna be enabled

@@oferbloch yes if ur account is over 18 then just request Apple to re enable in the website and it will automatically re enable
