It says I have to add a payment method but I can’t because every time I add my card it says my account is disabled

The reason this happens is because of a chargeback. When you call the bank instead of Apple to handle your issues, they will disable your account. You literally have to call Apple customer service to resolve this. They will unlock your iTunes and Apple Store.

I contacted apple support and they told me to make new account, unfortunately the new account isn’t linked to my gmail so I had to make a random and for verification I have to use my old account cuz thats linked to my gmail and i cant use it cuz that is locked into itunes 😐

Here in 2024 for y’all. I just went to Apple support, searched the threads, found someone who had my problem and it actually had a response. It had a link that led me to give me some information about my problem and when I received the alert. After filling it in with the correct information (1 question), my account was reactivated.
