SUMMARY
A balanced edit of everyone’s favorite perfect soldier that makes him use his projectiles and teleport skills less.
Although much more defeatable than the original version, his sheer damage and grab spam still made this a tough battle.
Also, for some reason he’s inmune to OTG attacks.
