this game is in beta so it means its at the start and its gonna improve its graphics and the game in general so you should keep an eye on updates on this game if you wanna play this more

it is a game that was only made because helldivers exists and is popular, on a platform that helldivers doesnt exist on, for people who cant aford helldivers or the rig to play helldivers. even the names tells you it is infact a ripoff helldivers/darkdivers the outffits and weapons are the same, the general theme is the same 4 troopers drop pod into random alien planet HELL the drop pod animation and its music is almost a 1 for 1 copy lol. its a ripoff and thats ok, its still fun to play and isnt poorly made atleast when compared to other roblox games.

Alot of games on Roblox suffer from Roblox cliche things for the sake of familiarity and easy access. The game doesn't have much to it atm so your right it is bland, but who knows from what I hear the devs are updating it almost daily, so maybe that will change. In the mean time it's fun and looks nice, and because of those cliches it's easy for everyone to understand and access, give it another go later on.
i have earth defence force : insect armageddon. it feels looks and plays very different than helldivers, while still sharing many things in common (like what you mention), making them two different games and not what id call a ripoff. darkdivers how ever even in just the name, doesnt seem to just share things in common but copy everything helldivers does down to a T but on a free and worse platform aka roblox, i think games will either build off of each other taking good things from many and leaving the bad behind becoming their own new game. OR just take everything from one single game copying everything about it but changing it ever so slightly in hopes its familiarity will bring players in. games can take things from each other with out being a rip off, but that doesnt mean rip offs arent a thing lol. and you can still have fun while playing a ripoff. =D
