Have bought this. Arrived yesterday 16th March. I am 80 years old and was able to unpack and piece it all together and get it on charge. For me personally, I wouldn't use the storage that is wall mounted and could do with a separate battery charger which I will look into buying. I would thoroughly recommend this product, it is easy to use and having the two batteries is a definite advantage. Thank you Bosch
Bought my machine about a month ago in Australia. It is great. Far better than a Dyson. It is very light, picks up most of the dirt on my floor on low. I have two dogs who are in and out, and it saves me getting the big vacuum out. Doesn't do my back in either. I recommend this product.
I tried one of these and it sounded a bit like a Dyson hair dryer. It feels better made and is lighter than a Dyson. It just doesn't feel as deep cleaning on low power mode. But overall it's impressive.

I have a black roller brush that came in the cleaner and a red brush to insert... I’m trying to figure out if one is specific for animal hair...I think it may be slightly stiffer bristles. Great video - really informative. When you mention it is a stripped down version of the existing unlimited, do you know what exactly they've stripped out? (except the charger)
There isn't a huge difference, the charging is quicker on the Serie 8 unlimited model and the bin capacity is 0.4 litres on the serie 8 compared to 0.3 litres on the new version. But saying that the weight on the new serie 6 is 2.3kg compared to 2.9kg on the older serie 8. i have both on display in our showroom, and the weight is quite noticeable which for a lot of people is an important factor. @@lords-electrical Thanks for the comment. I went and tried the Bosch series 6 at a store. I ended up opting for a Dyson with the fluffy head for that exact reason you mention. Super satisfied with it.
does series 6 has better suction power than series 8. the first one has 2.5ah battery and lasts 30 mins while the second one has 3ah battery and last 45min .. It should have last 36 mins unless suction power is lowered. correct?
I've just bought this vacuum, do you know if it can be freestanding as it doesn't seem to click on the base to allow it to be freestanding as I don't really want to mount it on the wall. Thanks
Great little video I have just bought this cordless cleaner it’s great for cleaning not too noisy & quite light however when I came to remove the brush I found it very difficult I still haven’t managed to do it spent half hour trying !!! apart from that so pleased with the purchase

Hi, what about its filter? Why doesn't bosch use a HEPA filter in it? And would you recommend this vacuum cleaners filter type?

This model is ok at picking up larger debris, but i would say the Dyson with the fluffy head has a better pick up ability.
