Robert De Niro Reflects On 13 Moments From His Life | PEOPLE

This is the most I've seen De Niro talk, outside of a movie, in years.
I think this was the point bro. And it's more than welcome
@@jaycuthbert245, Bobby is afraid to talk about what happened in France.
Ya and he says nothing ANYONE ants to hear.
I love that the older he's gotten the more talkative and comfortable he seems in interviews.
When Irish eyes are smiling boby
God bless you and your family. Your
One of the all time greats
John O'Connor
Bobby
Legendary!!! One of the very best of all time ❤
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
he's a pervert though
Agreed, one of the best movie actors of all time, but his live stuff on SNL, less so.
@@OMGWTFLOLSMH , agreed 💯
@@OMGWTFLOLSMH He sucks.
Thanks kindly for sharing Bobby. I'm 62 now & I've been a fan of yours for 40 years. And I must say Taxi Driver, The Deer Hunter, Raging Bull & Goodfellas rocked my little World. Ciao from Sydney DownUnder 🙏👌
🕊️ Robert De Niro 🎬one of my
favorite actors, Icon Legendary,
beautiful documentary 👪
Thank you🌹🌹🌹
What a joke he i, really?
I was a background extra on the film Men Of Honor with De Niro and met him several times. Midnight Run is my favorite movie. 🍺😺
Yeah, that the movie to watch over and over😊
Both of those movies SUCK.
@@buffythehaterslayer6918 Midnight Run was hilarious and really fun to watch, idk what you're talking about.
I agree a total underrated film and performance….
@@MamadNobari Yeah, only because of CHARLES GRODIN!!!
What about the Intern? I loved him in that movie. He reminds me of my dad. He is a tremendous actor and caring human being.
It's so good, maybe Nancy Meyer's second best. Such a gentle film.
I grew up on Robert being Italian American my mother came from Italy so I Saw his and Al Pacino movie growing up. Awesome guy
No he is not awesome! He is a pervert just like 70-80 percent of actors!!
Robert Deniro is a legend!!
Thank you for this special gift !!
Mr DeNiro. I’ve always enjoyed your acting career. But most of all, congratulations on the birth of your daughter. 👍👍.
Ask him about what happened in France.
That was someone's daughter.
A true legend, with an extraordinary life and a remarkable man
❤❤❤❤💪💪💪😎😎😎
Thank you everything Mr. De Niro! ❤ Greetings from Hungary! 🇭🇺
Excellent. First time I've seen him talk with easy
Heat and The Deer Hunter….
An amazing career! Icon!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Are you fainting over this junk?
Absolutely love u Robert de Niro ❤❤❤❤❤❤
@@catdog2706 Are you fainting over this junk?
@@catdog2706, De Zero is your hero?
One film he did that is rarely mentioned is Jacknife. It was one of those B films about the effects of war and PTSD that I inadvertently saw at the cinema who knows when. It really moved me the compassion his character showed for a fellow soldier.
B film?
Wasn't a block buster
I enjoyed it
I still can’t get over DeNiro’s accent in Killers Of The FlowerMoon
Similar accent he had in "Cape Fear" and "Men of Honor".
Oh yeah, I haven’t seen those in a while but now that you say that it makes sense.
I still can't get over him playing himself in every movie.
The acting opportunities and the people he's met along the way is phenomenal!!! He's one of the best along with his dear friend, Mr Al Pacino, who is also one of the best!! God Bless Them Both 🙏 ❤️
Been a favorite since Mean Streets.
Love De Niro and he's still one of the greatest actors of all time.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
THIS WAS WONDERFUL AND SO INSIGHTFUL MANY THANKS
What a legend. One criminal omission here - his riveting role in Cimino's "The Deer Hunter"
He should've won the Oscar for The Deer Hunter.
@@Revolver1981 Walken was better.
Overrated movie.
@@buffythehaterslayer6918- yeah, 9 Academy Award nominations (won 5), 9 BAFTA nominations (won 2), a Golden Globe plus throw in Walken and Streep. Yeah, "meh". In 1978, it was epic. Still is. Movies with such realism, scope and intensity are rarely made nowadays. Apocalypse Now came out the following year - also epic. Platoon - a bunch of brooding pretty boys donning hair gel, prancing around in a jungle.
@@buffythehaterslayer6918 Trumptard detected.
Great interview, Robert De Niro is such a fantastic and talented actor, I love so many of his movies.
I just adore Him ,always have ,his work and his strength of charactor ,hes amazing ,so very intelligent and talented ,Oh what a man
Thank youuuuu!!
God Bless ya. Appreciate your art. Loved your contribution.
Really enjoyed this.
Thank you.
Taxi Driver", my favorite Movie of Robert
I agree who else could do that role? Nicholson? Too much ham.
That movie is an overrated suckfest.
One of the greatest ever!
Cool interview! God bless you and your new baby!
So happy that he's going through a fantastic time. The Mission will always be my favorite.
The Harry Ransom Center At U. Of Texas in Austin is great, so many motion picture archives! I used to do research there.
Jó volt látni a Művész Úr filmjeit és hallani a hangját ,köszönjük szépen !!
One of the Greats 🫡❤️

Happy I stumbled across this - most I've seen Mr. DeNiro talk. Informative.
the best ever!! ❤
We need this with Al Pacino!!!
Robert De Niro is GOLD!💯One of the greatest actors of all time. 9:35, I LOVE this movie.
My beautiful Mr. De Niro! Oh,how I’ve loved his career! But the closed captions provided for me here make it impossible to know what he’s saying!😢
Do you not speak English? Why do you need captions?
@@Revolver1981I am profoundly deaf….went deaf 15 yrs ago from medication(Tylenol, believe or not!lol.) Thanks for inquiring!❤️
@@DippyHippie Okay sorry I didn't know.

When u show up it's therapy for me haha❤❤🎉🎉thks friend
Thanks for sharing your life, I wouldn’t known it was you in raging bull, sadly never saw it!❤❤❤🦋🙏🏻
Great 💯 💯 💯
You skip Cape Fear that was in 91....he was phenomenal in that
Yeah. He played himself.
Great interview about so many movies. Nice interview. Beautiful baby girl!
LOVE AND LIGHT TO MR. DE NIRO!!❤😊
The interview might seem tone-down and a bit underwhelming, but one should remember DeNiro, throughout the peak-decades of his carreer , was quite a recluse, and rarely gave interviews , so this is a bit like BigFoot coming out of the forrest and revealing himself.
LEGEND !!!!
no once upon a time in America moments? he worked on that film for a year with Sergio Leone
Actually 13 years
Actually 13 years
not the amount of time SL spent thinking and wanting to do the picture, De Niro spent a year filming it between the US and Italy@@lexkanyima2195

LOVE YOUUUUU BOBBY😍😍😍😍
Heat! Love that film. Pacino is great in that too.
@@biegebythesea6775 I just couldn't keep my eyes off Pacino.😍😍😍
@@buffythehaterslayer6918 Yeh they're both beautiful in this film. Two very hot men. I watched for De Niro (had a crush on him back then) but Pacino drew me in.
A great actor and a great human
The opposite of a great human. More like junk.
Love love love ❤️❤️❤️
My ex was a sax 🎷 player so Taxi Driver is my favorite
Bernhard Herrmann was incredible.
Absolute legend ✊
Your a legend x
I love him so much
Fantastic ARTIST!
I love him ..❤❤❤
The Dear hunter still one of his best 1978 ?
De Niro is arguably one of the greatest actors from his generation whose influence is undoubtedly "Marlon Brando", who he replaced brilliantly in order to play young Vito Corleone in The Godfather part 2.
Of course, he, like many, wanted the part of Michael Corleone.
makes me think of that "i could've been a contender" scene in raging bull
Good actor not very bright though
Rupert Pupkin.
Iconica star. ❤
Once Upon a Time in America?
❤❤❤love him...
I thought Chazz Palmentieri might get a mention.
All the Libs out pattin' backs!
The greatest screen actor of all time.

Thanks for sharing this, great interview with Dinero his explanations n commentary onhis life in NY , very interesting. Enjoyed his sharing of friendship with Martin Scorsese, genius director. Plus hiw he basically helped discover Leo DiCaprio witThis Boys Life
❤❤❤❤
robert has always been a beautiful man.
A poor man's Al Pacino.
How did you get him to talk ? Any AI involved in this btw ? Thanks for finally telling us everything Bobby ...
He didn’t mention “HEAT’
An icon.
Hi thanks for the video , what a great actor he his. And course been an Italian /american . If you can , can you pass for me hi .
Stop with the praise already. He's an actor. In life we are all actors. He just does it in front of a camera. So they become labeled. They become egotistical and think people should listen to their self obsessed tripe. I have to congratulate him. He worked hard to become such a fool.
Would have been perfect if you had edited your own voice out of asking the questions. It just does not sound good.
Goat❤
At 5:23 it looks like Spike Lee is approximately 6’2.
Killers of the Flower Moon and the Irishman reestablished him as the best American actor of his, or maybe any generation. Just the best.
irishman sucked lol
The Irishman was absolute pants. Yet to see KOTFM
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
No mention of The Deer Hunter which has one of the most iconic scenes. The Russian Rulet.
1:50 Yep, High Altitude LowOpening aka HALO. Their origin is D-Day, retired now but our old Intel OIC... his grandpa was one of those HALO'd into Germany on D-Day. Mohawk and everything. True badass generation.
no deer hunter???
One of the great American artists.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Love raging bull
Legend, legend, legend! I love him!
He didnt even mention my favourite movie with him: Mission
An outsized ego.
No one embodies loneliness better than he does while driving a cab. #TaxiDriver
I’m glad to see he is somewhat pleasant ….its a nice surprise have not heard a lot of positive personal things about him.
My friend worked with negotiating, contracts, administrative responsibilities to secure collections etc at UT which is a multimillion dollar university of course. I never got to ask her how the connection and decision was made to house DeNiro's archives there.
