- I decided to re-upload this here because It was not getting the same reception on my primary channel as on this one.
First time actually using Blender for a animation!
It was quite an experience, I can't say it was perfect.
I did not know how to make a mirror effect to the mouth, and there are missing particles, small glitches, etc.
Still, I hope you like it!

So early that the quality option isn't available
I have quite a lot of gripes with this. The lighting and materials need a heavy overhaul and the Forces model is a bit of an odd choice, but that's more of a personal preference. The camera work definitely needs improvement. I also don't like the fact that you didn't fix the clipping issues while the characters blink and walk.
For your first Blender project, not bad. But it needs a lot of improvement.
The different camera angles were there because he/she mention in their comparison video with this and the original that they couldn't figure out how too swap Sonic's mouth position
@@Mr_Gamer-Random Swapping the mouths are easy. Just keyframe the mouth to switch scale on the needed axis. It's what I did for mine.
Nice feedback but I don’t like how you said “For your first blender project, not bad.” A lot and I mean *A lot* of people don’t even know how to rig a model let alone make an entirely mediocre animation. Otherwise, like I said, nice feedback.

I just noticed that a bit of Sonic's mouth slight appears in his eye when he's talking
This is so perfect I wish this was the actual cutscenes instead of the original 480p cutscenes

This is very good, I just found it strange that the camera was in a different position from the original
It's because he/she hasn't been able too figure out how too get Sonic's mouth too swap positions with the camera
The camera changes actually feel like a massive improvement from the original

looks good, but needs reworking on the eyelids/pupils glitching and some flickering on the movement.

The animation is great, but the camera angles for Sonic so his mouth is not on the wrong side is weird, just make a second Sonic model with the mouth on the other side
I heard the reason why colors ultimate didn’t remade the Cutscenes was because blind squirrel couldn’t find the files, so instead at least we got a smoother cutscenes
That's a lie because in the files of SCU are the original cutscenes implying Sega gave them the original files yet they still decided too AI upscale them

@@Mr_Gamer-Random Sega was the one making a deadline for BS to release a game, and they were the ones who got a studio that didn't have any experience with porting switch games, it IS Sega's fault.

Love the animation and movement liypscyning could use a little work but DAMN YOUR GOOD
Cool video! 2:30 I wonder why the Wisps go into Sonic's body through his stomach.
There's not really any other way for the wisp to get into his body without it being either messed up or inappropriate.

Their iris’s are way too narrow. Some of the camera angle changes are strange. Pretty good other than that.
Lots and lots of room for improvement, but it’s a good start

Oh cool. Did you rebuild the environment or did you rip it from the game?
I'm currently remaking the same cutscene and ripped it from the game. The path Sonic and Tails walk along isn't accurately represented in the game, which is a bit of a pain. I also can't find the floating island in-game.

Like all starts, there needs to be improvement.
But holy crap, I’m not complaining on how good this is compared to the Original (I played and 100% Colors Ultimate on Switch in 2 days thanks to Early Access).
Time, effort, lots of practice, and you’ll be amazing at this!

This is so good! Could I use this for a concept video some time in the future if I credit you and link everyone to this video? The concept is basically is Sonic Colors Ultimate was a true remake and not a remaster, so I'd be using as many remade things as I could, all edited together into a single video

Seeing this makes me hopeful that the next sonic game will take expressiveness and animation to the next level. After all iizuka says the next game will drive forward the series so who knows? Hope's are high sonic team
