Thanks for the video, very helpful! I was debating going back to Rey Red (or switching to Anakin blue), or my old trusty Bossk ECL deck, but have decided my heart is in my Rex double green deck - which I think can definitely surprise a lot of people, and may catch some people out who aren’t preparing for it as much as some of the ‘tier 1’ decks. Maybe that’s just overly optimistic as I love the character and the deck is a fun one when it works, but I guess time will tell! :)
Have one this sat and I'm thinking of running Anakin red with the core being the fast rebel synergy and ecl. He hits fast like Sabine but can swing uphill a bit better.
Thanks for your precious contribution to the competitive approach of the game. For PQ, it will be - 95% sure - Qi'Ra Green 30HP base for me. This is, to me, the most allroad deck in a relatively open field. (Old Han Yellow would be my 2nd pick, but duriing massive testing it showes some structural weaknesses - with subsequent hugh strengthes, that make me less confident.)
I’m running Yoda Blue into this meta. I’ve done a bunch of testing against Aggro/Tempo decks and the deck consistently wins best of 3s against Sabine ECL and Jango/TDR decks. Is there anything in particular that I should really really look out for the most between the midrange/control decks? Should I be more milly with Satine/Restock/4-cost Vigilance (which is what I’m doing now) or something else??? Fantastic video by the way! I learned a lot 👍
Mono blue hero decks can definitely play the restock game against hard control. I don’t think you need this plan against midrange decks. There, I would focus on value cards and big threats.
Playing a lot of Yoda Blue myself, I find the palp matchup pretty much an auto loss. Bossk is also an awful match. Against Bossk you just need to go hard mill and hope you grab some of their bombs.
I’ve been the practice dummy for a lot of my play group so been testing Yellow Han, Jango red, and Sabine Green.(most of the community right now is control or midrange) Now my pet deck is a double Wat green aggro deck it’s a lot of fun and can surprise a lot of people but can be countered if they know how it works.
I'm planning on playing Cad because my friends won't let me play Rex. Cad seems good into most of the field but I'm really concerned about the Jango matchup since it'll be well represented
Won’t let you play Rex? No offense but that is a terrible reason to not play something. It’s a game! Have fun and play what you like. Winning isn’t everything.

A video that needs to be watched before Jan PQ next week!! Great breakdown! If only Cad did not have a bad match up into Jango!
If only!
Great video! We actually got our first PQ up here in Alaska come February and we can’t be more excited to get some games in 😈
Good luck!
Great stuff again my friend. Listen to wooooo people one of the top players in sw:u
Much appreciated! That means a lot!

Gonna be testing an Anakin Yellow 30 at my local store showdown this Friday.
Good luck!
Yeah! Awesome! Looking forward this! 👍👍🎉
Thanks!
Hoping Chancellor Palp comes out and shocks some people in PQs
That would be cool! I’m still intrigued by that leader.
i'm ready to show people the way

I’m curious what are some of the weaknesses you see in old Han yellow ?
Thank you and good luck!
@@lostronin9113 once you fall behind there is no catchup.
Great video, as usual. How many tricks do you think Cad needs to run to make Jabba playable in the cad bane TT?

I usually have between 8 and 10. It’s often not the end of the world if he misses, but of course I’d prefer to never whiff!

@@12bjorn34 lo e to see your list sometime. Tried Satine and couldn't get her to work. Love yoda 2blue.

@@daniels2188 my 10 cost SLB that I plan on adding says otherwise 😎

I’ve enjoyed some mono green Wat myself!

Go for it. You won't regret it.

winning is fun
Jango is definitely tough!
I'm running Yoda yellow or red!
Good luck!
I am between Jango Ttown and Anakin Blue for PQ
I hope it goes well with either choice!
@ Thank you! I just am trying to get my final reps in with both before I decide
I seriously hope no one brings Bossk Blue. Straight degeneracy.
