I have used some of the settings that you mentioned in the game and it does make it a lot better so I will probably stick with those things that you mentioned in the game. It makes it more realistic and way more fun

I am on ps4 the retarder is still broken. With it engaged you cant accelerate. I cant believe this still hasn't been patched. On bus sim 18 i barely used the brakes the medium retarder would slow me down nice and smoothly here i am constantly braking
Have you tried joining the discord for bus sim 21 , the team on there are very active and reply to most messages , might be worth mentioning on there !
My guy I'm stuck in the bus seat. How do I get out? Literally in the extreme start she asked me to chose a bus and I sat down but now I can't get out of the seat. This game is daunting with basic things not in the controls menu. Anyway, it looks great. How do I get out???

Try driving during peak times on certain routes for day and night times. Make more $ to counter balance your profits.

I thought they added a way that the game automatically sets up the routes. I hated in bus sim 20 doing it all manually.

How do you pull off smoothly with a controller? It seems to rev its head off before moving with me.
Just be gentle with the trigger , also go into settings and change driving settings to realistic !
