In Hinduism there are 33 hundred million gods, of course it is just the one true god in 33 hundred million manifestations. 33 pop's up a lot.

Stories, not sure if true or not but it seems all heavens do have emotional problems just as us , if there's supreme sakkha how could he miss that there are people who don't break 5 rules but full of hatred n unrest.
