- We have lost all respect for mymusictaste. Absolutely horrifying how disgusting they treated all the fans that waited in the pouring rain & freezing cold. The video title is definitely not clickbait lol this was THE worst concert experience ever. The boys did great but due to some .....issues....it was a bit difficult to fully enjoy it. We are so sorry for the delayed post, I (Kass) was basically on my death bed after Exo (& I am still a bit sick).

This is so frustrating to hear, EXO would be so upset if they knew how MyMusicTaste treated the fans... I hope you guys have a better experience in another EXO concert, no one deserves this when they go to see their faves

It was a mess. My friend almost passed out cause they had us in the 90 degree sun for fucking 12 hours
Because they told us they didn't know what was happening
And the staff laughed in our faces and put us in their Snapchat while we were trying to get the floor seats because they told GA to line up with SEATED seats
Straight up mess.
But EXO put on one hell of a show
So it made almost death worth it

My wristband was number 12 I camped out from the morning before and when they were letting us in there were people that waited in the seating line cut a lot of us in the front and we told security and they did nothing but I wasn't having it and got my spot on the barricade right in the center. These girls were ridiculous it got so bad to the point that security told me "just do what you have to do throw your body back" because a girl from 3rd row tried to pull herself up to the front row the entire show I had to fight her hands off and hit her with my lightstick twice and then I kept feeling another girls hands on my ass the entire show i've never been so uncomfortable in my life.
My god this sounds like a freaking terror. The security had to scream for people to back up every 5 minutes. I could literally lean my entire body against the person behind me and they would hold me up...thats how bad it was
There's nothing worse than getting anxiety in a big crowd like that, people need to be more considerate. A person's mental state shouldn't be compromised like that, as someone with anxiety listening to your story makes me sad . :(
Yes it was very scary. Especially when you're with other people and you need to not only look out for yourself but the people with you. It was very messy and it took a toll on us for sure.
KMREACTS listening to experiences in the past from others also made me really nervous to see GOT7 on my own this last April in Melbourne, but thankfully it was amazing and relatively well organised with only a couple of minor hiccups. I love you guys and your friendship/family dynamic. I look forward to hearing about more (hopefully) positive kpop experiences!! 😁💚💚

Honestly... Kpop fans are great... but there are certain fangirls who are so shortsighted and its all me me me. I went to the GOT7 fanmeet... first main Kpop live show I've been to... and the amount of girls I had to tell to chill, or confront and talk some common sense to was incredible. (I'm a guy btw lol) Almost even saw a fight between 2 girls break out over line spaces >.> Like seriously? The amount of girls I had to literally tell we're all going into the same event, was insane. Never seen anything like it. Got BTS concert this Saturday... wish us luck xD
MattsWorld- Tombs I only been on a concert once and that was last week, BTS on Philippines both day 1 and 2, i was 2 hours early but the waiting line is still very long it's like people slept in that line, But the experience was worth it, V cried when the concert ended and they were supposed to go backstage noe but v kept pausing and looking back like 5 times and held the nearby fans, and he promised to always include PH in their tour... too bad I'm from Europe

I went to the EXOrDIUM in Mexico and the organization there was a DISASTER !!! The show was GREAT , a minor sound difficulty during TRANSFORMER (and maybe with the translator) but overall it was amazing.
The organization ...not so much. I bougth VIP section... we were SUPPOSED to enter the venue 1 hour BEFORE everyone else... AND to get "exclusive official goods" on sale just for us AND a raffle.
We didn't get ANY of the 3 things.... When we finally got into the venue it was already 6pm; they put us in with other section (planet block) and no one ever told us where to go once we got inside.. So basically, we were a 1,000 girls running around inside the Arena ,not knowing where to go!!
The "Official goods".................... they only sold the Lightstick v2.0 (and it wasn't "exclusive" por the VIP)
The raffle..................... Im still waiting for it...

Every experience from the moment you step into the venue and your interaction with the company that brought them and all the crap everyone that attended the concert had to endure is considered part of the overall concert experience so the title stays.
You are aware that a concert experience isn't JUST the concert, right?
Your experience begins the second you arrive and ends when you leave. HUNDREDS of people had an AWFUL time because of the way we were treated. Being shoved and stepped on and treated as if you are non-existent is NOT a good time and it made the entire experience THE WORST. If people watch the video they will see that we mention Exo did a great job, as always. We have the right to claim this experience as the worst because it was and you cannot sit here and tell us to change the title because its not YOUR experience. People should not be treated the way we were treated. And I am sure you would be saying the same thing if you were in our shoes.
Instead of being upset over a title, you should help bring awareness to your fellow EXO-L's so something like this never happens again.

I was on the seating line thank god i was the first one in line but yeah since I was in the front I was able to see inside the building. The security came downstairs and were standing there for a fucking hour just talking, like they could've let us in. And when they let us in the fucking security guard didn't want to let me go in with my lightstick. I got so mad! I was like you're selling them in the front and everyone is going to have one what the heck! And after me and another girl explained to them for like 5 minutes they finally let me in with my lightstick.
That is ridiculous.....that security team was not notified of anything, to be honest. They were standing in the building for the longest time doing nothing..the least their supervisors could've done was run the information regarding the show by them.
you guys have bewn through the worst but still thank you for pushing and continue to support the boys despite. i still hope you guys enjoyed watching the boys. im sure they will be so sad knowing this.
We will always support the boys no matter what. None of this was their fault. People need to respect one another.

It's a shame you guys had to go through all that. I actually went to the Exo concert at Prudential last year, and it was just as bad. I was in GA and people were pushing to the point that we were all swaying side to side, and having a hard time just staying on our feet. One girl fell, hurt her ankle and had to be taken out, people were fainting, and one girl punched another in the head and knocked her out just so she could get closer to the front. It was horrible! I hope your next Exo concert experience will be better.

Wow I feel so sorry for you guys like I'm really mad when I went to the L.A one at the forum it was not like that at all. Well there was a lot of trash on the ground when I got there then I went through and we were waiting to get to our seats and some girl like pushed me and my mom and my mom went off.Also during the concert there was one point were Exo themselves had to tell the fans in the Ga flooring to back up or they will not continue the show. But that was really all that happened that was bad. But that's really disrespectful of those people and my music taste for doing that!!! I hope you guys had a amazing time at the concert. The concert for me was overall great.😊❤️

I was there in the LA concert and EXO didn't say they were going to cancel the show. baekhyun made a comment on how if the people in the back can stop pushing we would have a greater and safer show. I have a clip of him speaking and he did not mention a cancellation of the show... maybe you got it confused to last year's concert where he in deed say that if they continued pushing they will have to stop which is equally as bad..but either way him telling fans to stop pushing is a shame...
I hope you guys go to another exo concert in the future, with a better staff. happy to be Exo-Ls together, I've never been to a exo concert but I really want to experience one.

I went alone and was in GA but I've done it before with bts but honestly the line was so bad. I was waiting like around the VIP enterance and the security guard went up to the door and was looking at her own reflection like mocking us while all of us outside are asking them to hurry up and let us in. I was shaking and just so tired and honestly it just got to a point where me and the people around me at the time were like this isn't worth it, and thankfully the people I was around made the situation somewhat better. But once I got in the venue it got better I was on the right side of the stage kind of like at the corner of the extended stage and wasn't that far from the stage and was able to see everything pretty well and there wasn't pushing at all on that side, like if I couldn't see that well I would walk somewhere and still go back to my original place. Hopefully our experiences is better time and this isn't the case with any other pit.💕

OH MY GOSH. you guys literally describe my exact feelings I had during the EXO'rdium LA. Like stampedes would happen, the pit was awful, and my group and I are short so it was super hard to see and we were sitting in 70-80 degree weather in hot sun. I got sunburnt and we waited in line from 10 A.M.-7:30 A.M. with only 2 hours of sleep and I wanted to die. So thank you for making this video!!

omg hands down, that concert was the best and worst day of my life. i had the same experience and i was number 37, so i completely understand the frustration, esp since people were trying to cut in front of the line just hours from the concert while exo-l literally waited in the rain. the weather just was the icing on the cake, and mmt truly should have handled it better, them and the prudential center security.
The weather WAS really the icing on the cake. I was ready to tap out tbh. I knew I was gonna get really sick afterwards and I did. It was terrible.

Jesus christ... Exo-L's are scary af. The only Kpop concert I've been to was SHINee World V in LA, and the only bad thing about that was that it took forever to get people through the metal detectors and get them seated, which caused the concert to start 15 minutes late, but that was okay. But damn, Shawols are so kind compared to this. There were so many fan projects and people handing out banners and fan made /photocards/ for free. I was even singing songs with the girl standing next to me in line. (Okay, I lied, the girl sitting next to me in the concert spent the whole time on facebook and making fun of my pronunciation, while butchering the words herself, like bitch, I actually speak Korean.) But still...

Me and my sister had GA for the Turbulence meet in Houston. Door opening was about an hour late, we ended up moving to the very back of P3 to even see the top of the boys heads. Luckily, no one shoved, tried to climb over us, and all the things you went through. I heard about this and I know it's not EXOs fault, but I'm somewhat glad I'm not that into them to go see them, seeing how some fans are. This can happen to anyone, true, but still. It's all seating for me from now on. No more pit xD

People step on her foot that she was limping and she missed a few days when she came back to college. It was crazy. Some exo-l need to chill and watch it. I'm sorry it happened to her and you guys also. It makes me worry for my next concert.

LA was the worst concert experience I've had so far... it was the opposite, we were all burning rather than freezing and there was even a point when people were crammed so tightly together outside the venue that you could not move. The staff made no effort to help the fans and we were all sunburned by the end of the day, but exo was worth the pain I think lol

Last year mmt was in charge. As far as I can tell, this year, the venue staff were in charge at both locations. I went to NJ last year and GA was awesome, organized line, etc. This year I was GA in LA and the Forum staff were literally on drugs. They ruined the GA line, let seated tickets in before GA, etc.
We went to the Chicago show last year and honestly the only problem we had was the fact that we went in late. But this year it was totally out of control.
I feel u guys.,it would be so hard for u.. but u can see them in real life,u can hear their beautiful voice,(even though your experience might be worse)but lots of exo fans including me who can’t able to attend their concert ,who would never able to see them in real life,..we r exist still here... still we r thinking dat if it’s might b very worse experience but still we wish to attend even only one times also..but we can’t..but u guys are so lucky😇😇
Yes, we are very lucky and very happy that we were able to see them live no matter what. They did amazing and our complaints weren't geared towards them. It was towards the company that brought them.

dude i was too pissed off about the whole wristbands thing. me and my friends got there at 10am the day before and would have been like 25 in line and people started cutting right up at the front and we ended up being like 50 in line. as soon as they opened the doors people literally gave no fucks and pushed like they were fucking bulls. and the prudential center and mmt handled things so shitty. holding my umbrella for 5 hours and just standing and waiting my hands and feet went numb and it was horrible. I feel bad for everyone who went through hardships because we all got treated so badly. In the pit people were assholes and some girls lightstick kept getting caught in my hair and I was like trying to not be rude about shoving her off, but her body was right up against me I was like girl are you trying to become one with me??, the pushing was ridiculous to the point where I got bruised ribs. Either way the concert was amazing and exo made everything better than it was before. I hope that you guys are all okay from the whole experience. :/

oh gosh~~ wish me good luck guys, I will attend my 1st ever MTT concert, only for my fav. artist, I guess. I don't like MTT because of my own personal experience with them... I actually went to many concerts before and had always great experiences, but now reading and seeing other people's reaction and concert experiences with them, made me feel unwell. I also don't understand how staffs can be this rude, so I'm thankful that you guys share your experience, cause I will go there soon and will be better prepared... I'm also glad that I didn't spend much money on them, cause they don't deserve it for their unprofessionalism and bad manners. The payment I invested in is not for them actually, but for the fans who voted and made the concert possible. Can't believe how bad they handle fan crowds, which is the most normal thing to do as a concert promoter. I went to a JB concert here in Europe and it was strangely well organized. There were even 4 standing areas. It was a huge concert and I was in the 2nd area. There were separate lines for all areas to queue, so there were no pushing etc. Let's see how they handle their concerts in Europe and I hope that there will be other concert promoters who do these concerts and not them.

Yeah I agree. EXO themselves are great, but both concerts I went to for them in Newark it was cold, raining, we had to wait a while outside. I was soaking wet when I got in there and looking beat up. I've had the chance to get floor seating, but because I heard of such commotion down there I stick to the seats

The people who arrived after you guys should have been behind you and stopped pushing, if they wanted to be further up in line they should have got their earlier! I'm usually one of the people to arrive later to concert lines cause I stop and get me some snacks (and I always have pretty far back seats so there isn't much need to get there early lol), and I see it as common courtesy to not cut in line??? Some people are wack. Plus someone who says "just go around her" about someone fainting... not cool. I'm sorry y'all had to deal with all that!
also... did someone really leave a tent outside the venue? what the heck, that's just terrible. and the gatorade bottles? they weigh literally nothing, it's not that hard to take them to a trash can. I hope you guys have a better EXO concert experience in the future! I'm sure they want everyone to have an enjoyable time. :/

I'm only about 30 minutes into the video but there was some similar shit going on for BTS in Newark. The Prudential staff tried doing the wristband system and some people listened, others did not and it was not fun to see or deal with. I was P1 reserved but hung out with P1 GA friends and it was miserable, rainy, and cold. I went to my favorite restaurant around the corner and sat in there for an hour because my legs were jello and achy from standing in the cold and rain for hours. I had to wait until the girls got their wristbands before leaving which took FOREVER. They started at either 10 or 11AM and my friends who were in the 400s who got there at 8AM got their wristbands at about 1 or 2 in the afternoon. It was a bit ridiculous and I was so not thrilled with the lack of communication between staff and fans either. Fans were rude, messy, and nasty at times. Staff didn't care but some lady for Prudential went around every hour or so saying that people had to let others into the line or they'd get kicked to the back of the line. Also, girls were saying you had to pick off the weak to get close to BTS and I've heard some horror stories about the pit during the concert and saw girls get taken out from fainting and/or injuries. I really wish some kpop fans had respect for others, especially when the weather is lousy and everyone is miserable to begin with. I am terrified to do pit and I think I'd rather stay in reserved after hearing more horror stories about this EXO concert. I'm sorry you girls had to deal with this :(

Jayden Medeiros I saw a video from a bts concert like that! They had to pull a girl out from the front because everyone was pushing and she got trampled and ended up fainting. And the fans near the stage were yelling at jungkook and namjoon to tell other fans behind them to move back.

yeah at the concert Namjoon had to ask fans to stop pushing which is so sad :/ fans were screaming for the boys to tell people to back off and even that didn't even help. I understand you want to be close to our faves but do NOT regard that there are other human beings around you! I was in the mini pit for KCON NY 16's BTS hi touch engagement and like someone was sitting on my lap while standing up and everyone was pushing I can't imagine an entire concert like that and even worse :(

Does EXO or SM know about the company that organised it? Have they used this company before? Hopefully it comes to their awareness so they switch to a different company the next time they have concerts there. I don't understand why this is happening, what is the security's problem? Is it because this was a foreign band? Does this happen at western concerts usually too? It's truly disgusting. I'm sure this has happened before to other kpop groups, but the last time i heard a similar disaster was at BTS' The Red Bullet Tour. Absolutely dreadful behaviour from the security and bad management from the organisers.
In regards to fans, it's understandable to have some pushing going on at a concert, but not to the extent as described here, that's not acceptable. And the things that some people have said to other people in the queue is disgraceful.

I'm not sure what information gets to Exo or SM but I would like to think they have no idea how trash MMT is. And we agree pushing and shoving generally happens at a bunch of concerts and like we said, we've been to warped tour and stuff so it's something we are used to, but this was too much. And security was absolute garbage. But hopefully MMT pays attention to the people and changes the way they are managing things.

My Worst Concert Experience As Well: This is long so bare with me.I went to Exo in Newark too and it sucked. The concert itself was bomb of course but the other stuff like waiting, the crazy fans was horrible!!! I wasn't GA I had seats and honestly when I saw how crazy the girls from GA ran in the stadium I was kind of glad I was seated 😅. Where I was it was not as crazy as GA but it was not a good time either. 1st off the weather! I could not feel my entire body!! And I had a sweater , sneakers and jeans. Also we were supposed to be seated at 6:00 and they didn't even open the doors till like 7:40 almost 8! Since it was my first Kpop concert I thought hey maybe because of the weather they'll let us in earlier. Prudential was like" Bitch you thought!" You getting in a hour and half later. Then when they finally opened the door the dumbass security tried to say that we couldn't bring in our Exo light sticks that we just bought for 55 fucking dollars and stood like 2 hours in that merchandise line !!! That's when I went off on security! And I think it helped because they ended up calling their manager and they finally let us have our EXO light sticks at a EXO concert.🙄I can't... And then being my first Kpop concert I thought I would Atleast make one new friend, nope 👎🏽 these girls were so rude it was crazy, I felt like I was back in high school again. I got dirty looks , eyes rolling at me like I did something to them?! The only good thing was they changed my seat to way better and closer seat, so I was super happy about it. But the girl they put next to me.🙄Dear Lord, i was gonna fight her little white ass. This girl was screaming to the top of her lungs in my ear, in Korean!! Listen I know we at a concert and yes we do scream, but you know how we all scream at a certain time and then take a break, NOT HER! She would be screaming 24/7 like EXO would leave the stage and she still screaming. So there's these empty seats in front of me and my sister so to get away from her we move. And she fuckin moves next to us!!! 😡I got so heated, and she kept hitting me with her stupid little blue purse! Who tf jumps with a fucking purse on?!! Take the shit off ain't nobody gonna steal that ugly ass Kmart purse! I wanted to snatch it and throw it on stage. So after the concert ended I had to drive home which is a hour and a half away, while it was raining and foggy. Scariest drive home ever. Next time I'm flying to LA cuz I can't with this East coast weather. Take a vacation day or two after all of that cuz I ain't going through this shit again.

I feel upset that exo-ls are like this they shouldn't be pushing and i can't belive that the security did that i would shout at them like seriously they shouldn't be taking pictures and laughing at you guys. i went to see GOT7 here in Australia it was so fun and awesome but me and my best friend are quite short so some people would push but they didn't mean it but when we got to are seats we had sliver seating but it is different here because if you got gold you could get to do high touch or take a take a picture with them so me and my friend got to see them for rehearsal anyway we got two our seats and 2 girls came i think they were sisters but they didn't get their seats together so they were split up so 1 of the girls asked us if we could move so they could sit together but i told her that my parents paid for the seats so we weren't moving then she got out her phone and fucking called me a bitch just because i didn't move and the security told us that we couldn't take pictures like Bitch i will take pictures i didn't spend $396 just so we couldn't take pictures. I know it is as bad as you guys got i wish i could be there so i could be like your bodyguard and bring you umbrellas, blankets, jackets ,hand warmers ,water coffee and heaps more stuff i am greatful that you guy make these videos luv ya 😘💚💚💚💚
