How long should the pump be on for to clean the septic

Our pumps are designed for continuous duty. If the air pump is turned off you run the risk of allowing the aerobic bacteria to die off which will cause smells, and possibly larger problems.

The part showed as broken is no problem to get a replacement so the pump can work again...???

You can get a new kit from the vendor you bought the pump from.
