Thank you Richard and Jeff for your excellent tutorial. My husband passed away and now I'm finding I have to take on many tasks that I have no familiarity with. Amongst other things, he was a computer expert so I let him do all computer related things. Now I rely heavily on RUclips tutorials to accomplish many things. I have successfully replaced my toner cartridge thanks to you guys. A perfect tutorial; simple, straight forward, containing all relevant information without wasting time on unnecessary gab.
