    ACTIVITY IDEAS
    ---------------------------
BUILD A NEST: Have children use play dough and materials they collect from outside to build a nest. Talk about some of the materials that birds use: mud, grass, twigs, feather, and leaves.
Remember the nest must be able to hold eggs!
HAVE A NEST MEAL: Cook spaghetti and place it in a bowl to look like a nest made of straw or twigs. Then place some cherry tomato “eggs” in the middle. Enjoy!
