I would of grinded bevels around those d ring mounts for better pentretion when welding

Great job getting looking decent with minimal tools. But that CAD file is horrendous on the fit & finish. The gaps in those mating surfaces I'd be mad. This price point should be a tab & slot designed to weld everything on inside corners filling that joint with weld. (Certi-flat table design) this will ensure optimum strength & still look good without a bunch of grinding to do.

I'm a GMC/Chevy guy and the only flaw is the squared wheel wells but with your custom bumper that's the way GMC/Chevy should make their models so you can stuff 37s with some flex without rubbing

Yeah it definitely makes it hard to fit a bigger tire on them. The bumper did help some

This bumper would cost a pretty good bit if you were to buy it retail. How much would you say it costs in materials?

Yeah i'd say it would be pretty high. Honestly not sure what it would cost if i tried to make it from scratch. Still alot cheaper then buying one already made.
