A 1080p 20 minute video can take around 3-4 GB (or more but it will be generally around this size) depending on the encoding method and bitrate.
Let's say all videos are 25 minute 3,5GB files and there are a total of 10 shows which each having 4 episodes. It will come to around 140GBs.

@@TheRealOldRabbit Good point however it is harder to make an assumption on the number of photos so I chose to ignore them. But I will try anyway.
An average photo should take around 3 to 10MBs. If there are also gifs they can get quite big to close to 100 MBs as gif is a very inefficient format.
5400 images at 5MB at each file would take around 26,4GBs.
However assuming there are bigger files and some gifs let's just round it up to 28GBs.
Combined with my previous guess about videos that would be 168GBs worth of data.
Again this is just a guess, the size of the actual folder may vary.

@@TheBestFormOfHumor I would assume the google account is supposed to store other regular files too and a personal account only goes up to 2TBs (15GB Free, 100GB paid, 2TB paid tiers).
If it is a business account business standard tier gives 2TB per user and business plus tier gives 5TB per user. While you could probably put all of your data as separate users it doesn't really make that much sense to do so.
If the collection is that big it makes more sense to store it locally.
So in conclusion, yes. I would expect the files to stop at GB range.
