That is only what we call a Clydie cross here in new Zealand..,we use them for saddle hunters, showing, ridden, treking, mustering..everything..great horses
My uncle Delbert had a draft horse that wasn’t a true Clydesdale because one of his socks. He rode Bud everywhere and would give him the occasional bud light. He was 17 hands and I remember one time he he stepped on our state Senator Frerichs’ foot and an I never heard someone holler so loud🤣 good memories for sure
“… I was just mainly excited because my hemorrhoids went away” 😂 I can’t imagine hemorrhoids and ranching work well together 😂 . Love this video and the camaraderie❤
Omgosh, those poor babies. I'd make a terrible cowboy. xD Can confirm on draft smoothness. It's a weird floaty feeling where you feel like you're going slow and then you down (way down) and realize that floaty trot is covering ground awful quick.
Love those half drafts. Lovely trots, tough, as a child hard to get on bareback, but worth the trouble. Brings back memories. Now am 83 and ride a little haflinger. She looks drafty anyhow. Good pony too.
We had a huge Clydesdale on the farm I worked on in the 70s no saddle fit him named duck you learned why the first time you had to exercise him went under low branches to sweep you off
What did Dale do? Stack two crowns on that hat? That is damn near a ten gallon hat. Crown must be pretty near a foot tall. The small 3 inch looking brim makes it look even taller. Fits Dale's personality! And his new horse.
I know I'm going to stir the pot but that sure looks like a cross. I ride one myself. Best dam horse I own! Disposition with size and power. Good worker.
That hat 🤠 LoL, freekin love it. Dang, Miss Halverson's become quite a heeler, No more hemerrhoids,Half draft in the remuda..If folks don't enjoy this stuff their woods pretty wet.
I would not sell a horse like that for blood or money, it would stay on my place until it was too old to ride and then retire in one of my pastures to live out its days eating grass and snoozing in the sunshine. Good horses come along once in a great while, great horses come by once in a lifetime if you are lucky.
CONTENT IS SO GREAT!!! Thank you Dale and media team for all the hard work! I’d love to see a Q and A sometime🙏🏻 “How can I best serve and bless my grandfather who has been Cattle farming forever, and I live in a different world then him but bless him with his lifestyle?
I'm guessing that is a clydesdale crossed with another breed because if it was a full breed clydesdale it would be huge and allot taller lol, but still a very pretty horse 🤠👍💖
Awesome idea! Me & probably thousands of other want to know how a draft would do for ranch work we just don't have the opportunity(or experience) to do so Can I request you try out more draft breeds & some gaited breeds on cattle?
Welcome to my world. My fat ass has to ride a draft cross lol. I’ve been on a perch mammoth cross mule for the last 3 years and never been more comfortable.
What is that gelding crossed with? I'm debating crossing my Clydesdale stallion on some cow bred mares 🤔 everyone said i was crazy but this proves I was onto something!!
Talk to a vet first. That foal could be too big to be born without complications, especially for small quarter mares. Better to cross smaller stallions on a Clydesdale mare via AI.
I wanna become a rodeo clown/barrelman. How can I do that, living in south Louisiana?….I need to be pointed in the right direction and NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW THE ANSWER AROUND HERE!!!!
Man do I love Clydesdales. Temperament to love and stamina for ages
That is only what we call a Clydie cross here in new Zealand..,we use them for saddle hunters, showing, ridden, treking, mustering..everything..great horses
I don't think it's full blood Clydesdale, but I could be wrong.
@@nogames8982 yeah I'm pretty sure it's a cross. Full Clydesdale are bigger and more feathering. Now there feathers could be clipped.
@@daemonember i'm betting Clydesdale quarter horse
Don’t you find it strange how you people never use the real, correct word for something?
@@somebodyelse5820 and what word would that be word police? And how much does it really matter?

He also got a DUI while riding him home after a tractor show

They don't lol
@@tripleffarms2872 no I wouldn’t expect so🤣🤣 this video was great! Made me lol . Great group of folks❤️
You, sir, have a gentle giant of a roping platform, there! Hope he keeps doing well!
Best horse I ever knew was 1/2 quarter and 1/2 Percheron.....and super "cowie". KEEP THIS HORSE !!!!!
Good lord what a huge majestic beauty! Love Clydesdales so much
Omgosh, those poor babies. I'd make a terrible cowboy. xD

You earned a new subscriber with this cool Clydesdale. I really like how he works and your sense of humor is hilarious!
I've heard horses nicker before , but I think that one was snickering ...or just short of an out and out laughing . Great video everyone !
One of the best episodes ever!
What a beautiful Clyde Cross. He's to fluid to be purebred. Makes your other horses look small but he's stout and can get the job done. ❤
One thing's for sure - if you guys decide to have a party after work, you definitely have a horse that can haul the Budweiser!
Definitely can haul the bud light
All your horses are so dang cute. I love that Clydesdale
It's my birthday today...thanks for the laugh ol son. God Bless cowboys!
Happy birthday!
ohhhh yea!!!! Texas cowboys and cowgirls are amazing!!! Loved the intro out on the ranch and roping.
Ive got a half Draft (Belgian thoroughbred cross) and he is an absolute stud, dose everything I ask for and more with ease.
Dale’s got the Arby’s hat 😂
That's Was Very Good Saddle Up On Horses Time Roping Some Single Calf And Practice Bucking Horse,Bulls Too Awesome Jobs 🤠🇺🇸👍🏼

Love it. I'm getting pumped for rodeo season. Can't wait for Riggins, Jordan Valley, White Bird and Idaho City!

That horse is awesome my question is why are you Living my Life 😉🤣💯❤️
Dale I would really like to be a hand at radiator ranch one day and learn your way of how you do things and nice straw hat.
Dale your awesome dude 😂 inspired me to get into Bronc riding and I’m doing pretty good for myself right now!
Beautiful beautiful Clydesdale
What did Dale do?

That is damn near a ten gallon hat.

Nice gentle cows and calves for the young people to learn on.

He is cross
Your not only a good but a very good teacher Dale yeah in the cow pen😉
Love the fence chatter~!!😁
What an awesome horse!❤️

Between that hat and that horse , you look like a tiny cowboy!
I think u got yourself a winner! ❤
This would make a great series!
I would not sell a horse like that for blood or money, it would stay on my place until it was too old to ride and then retire in one of my pastures to live out its days eating grass and snoozing in the sunshine. You guys are so entertaining 🤣
Draft crosses are becoming pretty popular for ranch work. Especially for working those big heavy bulls.
The Kenny logins in the background does it for me, Dale dimmadome for president
Love those draft crosses, I had a shire cross for almost 20 years
CONTENT IS SO GREAT!!! Thank you Dale and media team for all the hard work! I’d love to see a Q and A sometime🙏🏻 “How can I best serve and bless my grandfather who has been Cattle farming forever, and I live in a different world then him but bless him with his lifestyle?
Also it’s obvious that you have the Joy of the lord. And it’s definitely your strength my man!
Neat video. He looked pretty smooth trotting cause who wants to post a trot cause it's rough, like lady on the buckskin.
Nice horse!!
Now go ranchin on a Shetland so we can know for sure which size horse is best
Awesome! Ty Murray has 2 Clydesdale mares that he uses as stock horses. 😁🤠🐴
😂😂😂 you are out of your mind Mr. Brisby
Great videos 📹
I knew a lady with a haflinger and it wasn't going to win any cutting contest but the damn thing was pretty handy.
I think we need a shirt with a sketch of "Carl" the finger wearing the hat DB is wearing
I would love to see dale ride I dirtbike I don’t know why that came to mind but dale you need to get on a dirtbike in one of your videos 😂
Dale looks like Doug Dimmadome with that straw hat on 😂
Yah she did!! Good job Jo!!
Best Hat Ever!
Beautiful! ( Old son )❤
I'm guessing that is a clydesdale crossed with another breed because if it was a full breed clydesdale it would be huge and allot taller lol, but still a very pretty horse 🤠👍💖
Nice Clydesdale! 🤙🤙🤙
Dale you gotta let me head and heel on ol booger! You know i'm lil bigger feller and he'd work out great!! Skoden!!
Draft crosses are the way to go best all around pound for pound
Its so funny to see dale just ride and the others doing their posting 😂 thats how i ride, just sit in the seat
Anybody with the name Wakefield doesn't disappoint...
Awesome idea! Me & probably thousands of other want to know how a draft would do for ranch work we just don't have the opportunity(or experience) to do so
Can I request you try out more draft breeds & some gaited breeds on cattle?
Looks like the hanker for a hunk o’ cheese hat.
They ride Clydesdale at the mall north of Houston to apprehend the gansters
The ATV of horses.
Top notch O'l son, top notch.
Dale hope to see you soon with a pair of bukaroo boots!
Almost enuff hat for that ego 😂
Almost
Now that is a tall crown hat!
I've always wanted to ride a Clydesdale to see how they feel compared to a qh. They seem like gentle giants.
Hemorrhoids cure is Emuade extra strength. Also hits that toe nail fungus from long days in damp boots!
That hat kills me...
To punchy for you huh
@@mihakabercic4457 never seen one like that before
Should only be worn with that huge belt buckle. Those two would go together nicely.
Welcome to my world. My fat ass has to ride a draft cross lol. I’ve been on a perch mammoth cross mule for the last 3 years and never been more comfortable.
That horse is nice
Calm as Boone ❤ (maybe it’s the rider)
Gotta love a Clydesdale.
Like how he's tight tailed when you go to use him.
Looking at the horn... Rookie move
Big horse,for a big head.
I like this horse
Love a good draft
Looks like some dale-ception to me
On top of that horse, you can see my house from there.
"He doesn't have much trouble pulling"
That big boy doesn't even KNOW he's pulling.

OMG, thaaat haaaaat
I’ve. Always like the 1/4 Clyde 3/4 thourbred
Handsome
My dad harnessbroke Clydies for Fosters in Melbourne back in the day ❤️
Is this because even Dale can't find a nice QH under 50k?
Nice and gentle. Where'd you get those bucking horses 😂
well Dale yeah
Bull riding is hard I tried it for the first time yesterday
You guys should carry 6 shooter's
I want to meet dale so bad
All you have to do is come to one of the big Texas rodeos. I’ve met him twice just chillin in his merch booth. Donnie, Cole, and Jo also.
How come they don't use radios while mustering to communicate in USA?
there is a locl ranch near me and i rode a horse that is 17.5 hands high
Hey Dale will you respond?? By the way love the new video!
Thats a cross, not a full Clydesdale but I’ve heard good things about them crosses.
Your hat looks the one SpongeBobs wore 😂
