  • A quick lower body home workout for tight legs and glutes! Remember, consistency is key so keep up the awesome work! :) It's also completely fine to do this workout without a band or a weight. Both are going to intensify the workout but it can be done with either one or bodyweight.
    I'm always grateful when you share this workouts with someone else that would love them! :) Enjoy!
    This obviously doesn't have to be used at home so you can do it anywhere you have a band or weight!
