I don't actually have the CD, so I'm not sure, but Finnish Wiki says it's Reijo Salminen who does the singing voice. I know what you're talking about. I did read somewhere about Veikko Honkanen saying something about this though. It's weird that he didn't sing as Ratcliffe as he sang as Zazu.
I've been wondering the same thing! Because I think in Savages it doesn't sound like the speaking voice, so I think Reijo Salminen sings in Savages and Veikko Honkanen sings in Mine, Mine, Mine. I really don't know how it actually is but I hear it that way :-)
