    Sauce:
    Instructions for prompts
Replace [artist name] with your favorite artist to get GPT or Gemini to describe the artists style. Once it successfully does so, ask the follow up question 'turn this into a prompt'. Then go back to your music generator such as Suno or Udio and type the description of the song you want, then say 'in the style of' followed by the prompt that was given by the AI from before. Watch examples in my vid if you are still confused.
    Prompt 1
how would you describe [artist name] for an ai music gen to emulate the style without saying 'copy [artist name]'
    Prompt 2
turn this into a short prompt

I have been using Suno and Udio for a while now and its hilarious making funny songs taking the piss out of work colleagues. Have almost gotten in trouble with HR.
Some synthwave tracks that i have made have been insane and i listen to them in the car. Cheers for the tip on using AI to get prompt, haven't tried that yet. 👍

Thanks! Yeah it just hit me. Would like to try copying a specific song as a parody next time and could definitely go down the rabbit hole with style mashups. I know a lot of creators will be leaning into this to make their little automated YT channels. Curious about the landscape over the next 5yrs since AI Avatars have already come out as well. I'm planning to keep my stuff human - betting on AI fatigue in the long run w/ creator economy.

I've been trying to get into AI and learn about how to use it and all the amazing things it can actually do. This video was recommended by RUclips and I am so glad I watched it!! I had no idea that AI can make music like this!! I made a 50th Anniversary song for my Sister and Brother-in-law and it came out amazing!! Suno is freaking awesome!! I wanted to thank you for making this video!! I am going to take a look at your other vids after I'm done with this comment.

I wonder when the first generation of adults are gonna start feeling nostalgic for the OST for their favorite childhood video game, look it up, and discover it was created not by Yasunori Mitsuda or Alexander Brandon, but instead by a computer algorithm.

suno is really on top of the mountain, and with the upload audio feature, it just got crazier. Cool channel man, I was surprised when I looked at the views, the entire video I felt like you're already established.

I appreciate it man. I'll get there eventually, just never applied myself w/ a channel until recently. Have plenty of production experience, I'm stupid for not doing this 10 years ago hahaha.

I make neurofunk Drum & Bass, and the standard of engineering/production I know for a fact can not be matched by AI yet, and for quite some time. Humans will have to try harder to make something other than generic pop, rock, metal etc and that’s good, it means there’s a healthy level of competition in the music industry again.

Yeh I agree. I made 4 music channels with Suno created music. One is a DnB/neurofunk attempt. From all the DnB I listened on Suno that had neurofunk as prompt, I think Im one of the closest that can generate bangers with the AI. Majority tends to sound like regular and corney generic dnb. But I experimented a lot with prompts and some tracks are nice, but not even close the human made neurofunk bangers.
The channel is named NeuralTech Syndicate, in case you got curious. Not sure if I upload ever again, so not advertising

It's not over, it's only the beginning. Stop acting like technology just changed music now, when most hip hop music producers never learnt any instrument or music theory

      What

    • @cotalk
      @cotalk  Месяц назад

But it did change... drastically. It wrote an entire song from 1 sentence. You don't even need the musician or producer anymore.

Yeah but a human touch will always be needed, think bigger... As soon as daws start implementing AI, the combination of human and AI will always be better than just AI

@elfuegopatron my goal was to feature the app, but I'm sure there's a lesson in here I could have tied up in a nice neat conclusion. I catch your drift.

I have tried FL Studio before. Never got far enough into making my own EDM to go down the rabbit hole, but their 'off the shelf' sounds and presets are really great!

aand now Suno and Udio is getting sued, it was just a question of time. Ive used both sites and thoroughly enjoy using them! Ive been able to recreate several famous artists in my songs. Altho 95% of them are just whatever the AI puts out.

YEP. Just like Stable getting sued by Getty images. Not sure how far along that copyright case is atm. I think the only simple solution is just going to have these AI companies pay massive royalties to publishers as part of a settlement. Next I want to try copying a specific song and remixing it instead of just emulating an artist / style.
