If it's not bought from Xiaomi themselves, it's probably fake. That's not the end of the world, but it's usually not as good as the original. It may have weaker front glass and less vibrant colours

he tore the signal antena in the video, you did probably too, its on the middle frame and its really hard to replace, because it's between the frame and the LCD , if you want to repair it, you need to remove lcd again and buy whole new middle frame, good luck
8:13 he tore it there because the glue was not melted enough. its in the top right corner, you can see it in 11:24 in the right top corner of the screen, search in aliexpress for Xiaomi max 2 middle frame and look at the top righ corner there is this black sticker which is he missing in the video. I tore it too, and i had to buy second screen bacause when i tried to open it i broke the screen. this tutorial kinda sucks
