Thanks, duder! Honestly, just listening to how you sound in the room and trying to that as close to what you want is the best place to be. I used a blend between the DI and mic'd amp without any EQ on this track. Very inspired by the way they recorded Random Access Memories - only using EQ as a functional tool rather than using it to alter tone. I hope this helps!
