Video Summary:
Chronotropic action means a change in heart rate. It is produced by action on the SA node. Inotropic action means a change in contractility. It is produced by changes in Ca level inside the cardiac muscle. Dromotropic action means a change in impulse conduction through the AV node. And of course, they are produced by action on the AV node. Finally, bathmotropic action means a change in excitability. It is produced by altering resting membrane potential.

Love you
Thank you sir....it's really amazing today's I cleared my concept.
But sir I have one request please make video like in a emoji or cartoon as you previously do in video.
Because when you make a vidoe in emoji or cartoonists ways it's really very amazing to learn.
Everything really helpful from your vidoe.
Yes there already are emojis in this video as well. And i will continue to use them.
Would something that's dromotropic affect the heart rate too?
Love You Sir!! I was searching for it..
Super sir
Thank you
🙏Very nice explanation sir thank you so much🙏
Sir u have given example of cardiac glycoside for ca increases and in dromotropic this same will increased the conduction what is the relation?
They have some vagomimetic and antiadrenegic action on AV node.
❤❤
❤
👍👍
How can heart rate affect stroke volume? I mean if we have positive chronotropic effect, do we necessarily have positive inotropic effect?
There are some corelations between these. One factor I can recall has something to do with relative change in duration of systole and diasole. But I don't remamber anything exactly as of now.
Positive dromotropy se heart rate badhega ya Contractility
Conductivity.

So Inotropic effect results from altering levels of ca2+ taken from ecf not amount of ca2+ released by sarcoplasmic reticulum?
Both. Ca2+ taken from outside is stored in sarcoplasmic reticulum only. And for positive ionotropy, increased cytoplasmic Ca matters, whether it comes from ECF or sarcoplasmic reticulum.
