Napalayas 2x on the studio I was renting just because of POGO. They rented the whole building and owners gave us only a month notice to look for other spaces. Sila naman ngayon maghanap ng tao magrerenta.

Greedy middlemen like David Leechiu should be investigated by the BIR to find out what kind of business relationship he has with the POGO's. I think it would also be appropriate for the government to find out if Leechiu is a legal resident of the Philippines, because people like him who seek to put profit over the country are a threat to the nations security.

Chinese in Vancouver Canada have been buying residential properties as INVESTMENT and NOT living on them, thus making house prices in Vanvouver to go up. Government started taxing them as business and not as private residence.

Most POGOs are in hubs like in Cavite and Cagayan. Those in the cities are doing software development, backroom support, and BPOs.

Philippine prices are 20 times rent. You guys are out of your mind. In the US and Europe, houses average 6-10 times rent which is already historically over priced.
