it wasnt supposed to "sound bad" it was basically a mental breakdown in a song like they were crying (this is supposed to be a sad and heartbreaking song)
I don't think it was bad, just different. The sound emulated the subject matter, in my very own opinion! I think it was intentionally meant to be eerie. Great job, JJ❣️

I know this is a late response but no it's not, it's about loving someone so deeply even if they hurt you the line "I wanted to see you naked I wanted to hear you scream I wanted to kiss your skin and your everything" is basically saying you would give yourself to that person you cherish so deeply and feel as if you need to understand them completely also " I wanted to be your woman I wanted to be your man I wanted to be the one you could understand saying I don't care who I am I just want you to finally understand me "I walked into your dagger for the last time it's like trying to start a fire with matches in the snow where you can't seem to hold me can't seem to let me go so I can't find surrender and I can't keep control you spin me all around then you ask me not to spin you say you wanna be loved and you want children you wanna be with me you wanna be with her" is describing manipulation and unhealthy relationships
