Everytime u drive it a herd of sheep spawns all around u hard to get it to redline and this is how it sounds at 1 or 2k rpms it sounds way better at redline

This is the future of all driven superr/hypercars, stuck in a traffic jam at 10 mph! Or maybe stuck in a garage at 0 mph, until the value doubles and they go to another garage on the back of a truck!
I mean that is the past, present, and future of all race cars made into road cars. I am happy to see this owner atleast taking out even at “stroll” speed. I don’t really understand why people care how these cars are used especially when there are enough track videos you can watch of the road and race versions

That being said, there would be no road car track videos as these cars have literally just started to be delivered. There is however like you just said, numerous road & race spec testing videos of the Valkyrie, to include a crash if that’s what gets you going.
You have to admire Coulthard, but what I like about him is that he’s not just a racing driver, but he’s incredibly technically gifted and understands how the car works and the science behind it, most of the young drivers just get into the car and race and get a ton of cash for, I really appreciate coulthards technical expertise and input on a race and the various aspects that affect how the different cars behave on the track, and he’s got a barstard of a great car too good for him
Car looks great, but it’s totally like an alien being stuck in traffic behind a van crawling at barely walking speed. This thing belongs in a track or at least an empty curvy road where all that power and downforce can be unleashed!
It looks absolutely ridiculous driving this car through the very busy streets in Monaco while he and his passenger are wearing headsets like on a fucking helicopter. But I find David a fantastic personality so I forgive him 😉

Well done David Coulthard..gorgeous classy spec..This car just puts everything Ferrari in the shade..Lamborghini and Porsche not at the races..and Mercedes AMG One just looks so dated and left behind..the only possible contender is Gordon Murray’s T50..both spectacular V12s ..designed by the two of the greatest designers in F1 history …But Maybe Mclaren have something coming soon..
I don't really like the look of this.. That's just my opinion. Everyone raves about the T50 but to me it looks like a baby mclaren f1.. Not a bad thing but just doesn't stand out.. Again just my opinion
Why have so many of these been registered in Guernsey and then exported? Is this for the tax benefits? They’re all on Guernsey plates (black with silver numbers), which seems strange as the fastest speed limit within the whole of Guernsey is 35mph…
Technically, the car must visit Guernsey at least every six months to retain its tax status, otherwise it’s in breach of tax laws wherever it’s actually being kept. Not sure why a Monaco resident such as DC needs to worry about avoiding sales tax though, I didn’t think Monaco had any sales tax either?

How odd. I live on Guernsey, Channel Islands. Could be tax reasons I’m not sure. I guess you could buy the car through Guernsey and not pay VAT but unsure. But it’s running Guernsey number plates. You can just make out GBG on the rear plate. Also Guernsey is one of the few places where you can run black and silver plates (they are not reflective hence not allowed in most places now). Very impressive car, it even survived the speed hump! 😆
Thats actually the capacitor whining not the gears. Aston went through many iterations and i think they might have gave up and settled with this loud KERs system.

Interestingly the Valkyrie has a Cosworth 12 cylinder as does the GM T50. The sound of the T50 is like old school F1 .. screammmms at the max revs ..bloody glorious ..now im not comparing performance.. the AM is going to be undoubtedly the quicker car.. i suspect DC is on a pose mission to the Hotel de Paris .. id like to see him drive it in anger on a track..
Aesthetically i prefer the newly announced RB 17.. another Newey masterpiece.. pity its only track use & another small matter of £6million.. I'm sure Saudi & Dubai will be full of them..
The gearbox is straight cut gears. Same as race cars so you get quicker shifts but you also get this terrible whine. At higher revs and speeds it reduces in noise and is further drowned out by the exhaust and other engine noises.

That noise is mostly coming from the transmission which has straight cut gears. Only at higher RPMs you can hear the V12 sound.
