Thank you brother. It seems my prayers have been full of needs or desires and lacking in praise for who God is. I pray for the elimination of fear of anything EXCEPT GOD. . I’m praying for all here to be strengthened and healed. I came to the comments today to ask for things for myself, but as I typed, God began to convict me to pray for all here and praise him for his massive blessings in my life. I join with brother Schneider in praying for all here to be filled with the fear of God. Psalm 89 tells us to BOTH FEAR AND REVERE him. It’s all that keeps us from sin. Often when I'm saying my bedtime prayers I start them mentally but then feel guilty that I'm not putting out enough effort to open my mouth and let the breath form the words.
The explanation in this video confirms that God hears me either way. But I feel like the intention that we put behind them and the *effort* goes a long way.
Kind of like some people feel the need to actually be on their knees when praying, whereas I typically lay prostrate under my covers and pray.
Does anyone else feel that their prayer posture makes a difference?
I used to be in bondage to thinking I had to pray out loud and on my knees. Then I realized I was in bondage to it and it caused me not to pray. So I realized that was getting me nowhere. Now I pray. I just pray in my heart to Jesus and meditate on him. I'm no longer in bondage. God Bless You.

I was afraid to ask God his will be done on earth as in heaven concerning my life, because I thought it might hurt, but nevertheless God knows the best so alright amen. I often pray in tongues usually in a whisper!. And I am always talking to Him about anything and everything. The other night whilst in bed I was thinking about the book of Genesis and wondering about His creation! Whilst thinking about WHY He ( God the creator) was creating the heavens and the earth, I saw Him with His Spirit hovering above the void and I suddenly realized that he was lonely!. He created the heavens, the earth, and all the animals and birds etc, to enjoy. Yet even though he created the angels to praise Him He wanted more so He created Man and here's when I realized the hidden message... God was lonely, He could have settled with the angels praising Him but I believe He wanted to create people in His image, which he did. BUT God didn't want Adam to wander around on his own because He knew what loneliness felt like, and even today God doesn't want us to be alone! We are always meant to have someone with us, God will guide us to the perfect person, it's up to us to listen and He won't force us to be with His chosen one. It's up to us to listen.
