Beware!!! Don’t Get Tricked
Some manufacturers will try and fool you by saying their projectors support 1080P.
The trick is in the word “Support”
Yes, their projector can play 1080P Footage, But usually, they play the 1080P Footage at 720P, or in some cases even 480P.
It means the projector is capable of playing 1080P videos you have, but it won’t play them at 1080P
Look for the word “NATIVE RESOLUTION”. That typically identifies the actual resolution that the projector can output.

Hiya really liked your video, just wanted to know if you can use any of these projectors with an android phone whilst on VPN and netflix, as when I can cast from my phone to my tv normally but when I have a vpn on I cant, thanks 😊

That is one Tricky question you got there.
So some projectors Have Built-in Netflix, and wouldn't allow you to stream cast directly from your phone to the projector.
Other projectors have Copy-right detection and won't let you use netflix without a netflix stick or without using their app or something.
Some of them, won't notice that you are streaming netflix on them, and won't detect anything.
So it is a pretty Tricky topic.
I can give you a recommendation But I am not 100% Sure, so get it at your own risk.
This is written with the Jinhoo projector
As the copyright, some videos (such as Netflix) can't be played via phone connection (wifi or usb).
The Top Vision projector Don't seem to mention anywhere that they don't support netflix due to copyright.
No users have complained of not being able to play netflix.
One user also said he was using netflix with it.
So I guess that would work.
The Apeman nm4 also don't mention anything, but to be complety Honest I don't know for sure.
To be sure, Check their user manual!
Hit CTRL+F on your keyboard and that will bring up a search function and will let you search for the word "Netflix" or "Copyright"
I think If the Projector has a protection system it won't work, and if it doesn't It will work fine.
You might be better off buying a Chinese brand from Alibaba, I don't expect those to have copyright protection.

If you don't have Wi-Fi it is no problem, you can easily connect these projectors to your phone using an HDMI to Phone adapter!
So if you are using an Iphone it would be an HDMI to Lightning Cable adapter
if you are using a USB-C
Then HDMI to USB-C
That way you can easily physically connect your phone to your projector!
Im assuming you want to connect it to your phone without Wi-Fi

I know right! they are much cheaper too. And easier to move around. And they come in massive sizes..
The only downside is using them in daylight if they don't have a High LUX number.

Why wouldn’t they make these Bluetooth so your phone service was all you needed to use them? Absolute fail IMO. WiFi? People want these so they can watch tv & movies where WiFi is not available using Bluetooth and phone service would have been a no brainer. The first projector that is Bluetooth capable will be king!

I bought the Jinhoo WiFi projector that you showed and I’m having trouble connecting making my screen mirror on the projector. In other words it does connect but then it’ll get out of the connection. It does that when I use the WiFi alone and when I use my iPhone cord. Please help
so i got a vankyio 470 based on this review to use with my phone but the way the wifi works i cannot connect to the internet while the phone is connected to the projector. Am i missing something. with out internet my phone is just a block any help would be good

With a smart TV this works because actually the TV and iphone both connect to the home wifi internet separatly. Is possible to connect this projector to wifi home, as with a smart tv?

The Yaber mini projector is something I came across after making some projector videos.
I dove into it, and yes! I think its a great option.
I think they have a projector that is the best bang for buck projector in one of the price ranges, and has the best specs.
They also sometimes have discounts, and another + is they have extremely positive reviews, and happy overall customers!

I think it is a great overall projector. Yaber also have many good projectors out there.
But there are just sooo many good projectors I can't mention them all, I try mention more than one option that would suit different people's needs and Budget ranges!

Im very sorry for the late reply, I meant on replying to your comment, then forgot.
The included HDMI cable ensures an effortless setup and easy connections to other devices such as iPhone, tablet and laptop.
However to take advantage of connecting your phone you Want to get an HDMI to Phone adapter as that is not included with the projector!
So if you have an Iphone that would be an HDMI to Lightning Adapter.
If you have a USB-C Phone then HDMI To USB C
And whatever would suit your phone if you have anything else.

The one in number 1 is cheaper and has more Brightness (4200 Lux)
The one in number 5 is more expensive, but is higher quality, And has a Higher Contrast ratio (3500:1) A higher contrast ratio means blacker blacks, and whiter whites, giving an overall more saturated and better look. It also has 4000 Lux
If I were you I wouldn't worry too much they are both great projectors.
But personally I prefer Vankyo and would go for the Number 5, as Vankyo have many more projectors than Jinhoo, and are better established.
The reason It's not in number one though is the slightly higher price, and slighlty lower Lux. Though to be honest. The Contrast ratio difference is much bigger than the Lux difference.
So to be honest, If i were to re-order their numbers, I wouldn't put it in number 5, I would probably swap it with number 1

I just remembered Why It is in number 5, instead of 1
The reason the Jinhoo Projector is in Number 1 is because it has Wi-Fi too.
The one in number 5 doesn't have WiFi so you would need to use the Iphone charger cable. or an HDMI to Phone adaptor.
