പോളിസി ബസാറിൽ insurance എടുത്ത് എൻ്റെ പൈസ പോയി. ആ insurance ഇപ്പോഴു active ആയിട്ടില്ല. ശരിക്കും തട്ടിപ്പ് ആണ്. എന്നിട്ട് എനിക്ക് manual ആയി വീണ്ടും insurance ഇടുക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു. Be careful. Refund പോലും തന്നില്ല അവർ.

Hi Sir, ഞാൻ 5 വർഷം മുൻപ് കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നും എൻ്റെ bike transfer ചെയ്യാനായി NOC എടുത്ത് BANGALORE ഇൽ RE register ചെയ്യാനുള്ള plan ആയിരുന്നു. പുറത്ത് പോകേണ്ടി വന്നതിനാൽ വണ്ടിയുടെ re registration നടന്നില്ല. ഇപ്പൊൾ ഞാൻ കേരളത്തിൽ തിരിച്ചെത്തിയതിനാൽ വണ്ടി കേരളത്തിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ട് വരാൻ ആണ് പ്ലാൻ. Bangalore RTO il ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ, 5 വർഷമായിട്ടും RE REGISTER ചെയ്യാത്തതിനാൽ കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നെടുത്ത NOC cancel ചെയ്യാൻ സെക്ഷൻ 177 പ്രകാരം ഏകദേശം 15000 രൂപ വരുമെന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്. ഈ fine അടച് NOC CANCEL ചെയ്താൽ, കേരളത്തിൽ ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യേണ്ട ആവശ്യമുണ്ടോ? ഈ പറയുന്ന ഫൈൻ യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഉള്ളതാണോ? I have purchased a new car on Jun 2022. My initial insurance policy was with Liberty general insurance. The expiring date of Third party insurance will on 28 Jun 2025. This year I have renewed my insurance from HDFC Ergo on 19 Jun 2023 ( that is on yesterday) . In my new policy they have mentioned that damage to third-party property is Rs 7 lakh. But under section III For owner- Driver coverage Rs 15 lakh has not been mentioned in the new policy HDFC Ergo (ln that place they have mentioned it Zero) at the same time they have mentioned the date of expiry and the name of insurance company (Liberty general insurance) in their policy paper. In this situation which company cover my PA coverage of insurance. My PA coverage with Liberty insurance exist for another two years. For this what I have to do please guide me

Today, I got another RC book for a scooter that I didn’t buy. When I contacted the showroom they said that they made a mistake. They registered another scooter in my name because my first name and the first name of the real owner of the scooter were same. The showroom is asking me to give them the RC book. What should I do now?
