- The plaintiff says the defendant is his ex-girlfriend. He claims she went off on him and damaged his boat, motorcycle, and truck, but she won’t cover the cost of the damages. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says her ex is harassing her, and she denies messing with anything. She’s countersuing for a damaged camper and a missing refrigerator.

A'ight, Young'uns. I'm 58, I feel 27 (usually); Rock On 80's hair bands & motorcycles (me). Although he is sitting down, the Plaintiff does Not look 80, genetics? So, that makes Defendant a couple years older than me. I Get that they moved in together quickly. Old enough to know better and still too young to care? Life is like a Roll of Toilet paper, closer you get to The End, the Faster it goes.
Then you move out of HIS house ASAP.

I do not like the plaintiff, I find his attitude deplorable, and the judge thinks that a 'loogie' is spit, how naive, it's snot. And did he think he was going to impress the judge by saying he wanted to stab her? He says she 'moved in', but then says she was a 'guest' in his home. So he wanted her to move in, but have no say in anything that went on, to accept all that he said and did and to be what then, his live-in maid? And needless to say, no woman wants to hear that you love your bike more, than you do her...
