Ingredients for 14 pieces:
-Milk 200 ml
-Dry yeast 8 g (raw pressed *3=24 g)
-Sugar 80 g for the dough and 70-80 g for the filling
-Eggs 3 pcs (including 1 yolk for greasing the buns before baking)
-Salt 1/3 tsp
-Sour cream of any fat content 50 g
-Butter 82.5% soft 50 g for the dough and 15-20 g for the filling
-Raisins 120-150 g
-Cinnamon 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Dough weight: 1000 g
Bake in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Top / bottom mode, medium level, without convection. My oven is electric.
