Excellent video but just one correction. The fort in 09:22 is known as a Tegart fort. It was built by the British, not French, during the British mandate (the French did not govern Palestine). It was one of many forts that the British built to defend Palestine during the Great Arab Revolt in 1937. In 1948, the British gave the fort to the Arabs as the British mandate ended. That was perceived as a security threat to the Jewish settlements in the Galilee and three attempts were made to capture the fort, during which 28 Jews died. Today, the fort is a military base, but you can visit a museum adjacent to the fort and enjoy an observatory with stunning views.
Everytime the same shit. Yes, I wish the Palestinians also a free and own independent state. The problem is that your leaders throw every opportunity to have an own state into trash. Sorry to say that but Arafat and Abbas runned away 2000 and 2006 from Camp David. Both times the Israel offered 95% of the Westbank, 5% landswap, 100% Gaza, dividing East Jerusalem in an Arab Palestinian and a Jewish part. America also offered monetary package for the Palestinians + a financial support to build a transit road from Gaza to the Westbank. So I ask you what are you expecting? Take the offer and start to build a state. Stop whining and blaming Israel when your leaders are morons.
