I have heard you and lots of your guests talk about speed being basis from which everything else is developed - is that right? And if so would you advocate speed as the basis for training national standard age group swimmers say 13-16 years old?

Just wondering if you would consider having some older masters swimmers on who are, for their age, still very fast sprinters? Many of your viewers I imagine are competitive, but older ( Rowdy Gaines, for example). Just a thought. :)
