Hi im using galaxy iconx 2018 ear buds from 2018 and not having issue any until today.....I dont know what happened with it....when iam charging after sometime the lights on earbuds charger showing green and even in galaxy wearable app showing as green....but after 5 to 10 min one of bud means right ear bud suddenly disconnecting and then its showing empty battery....I kept it in charging earbud box like couple of minutes and then I took it back to listen. Then itw showing battery that left and working for another few minutes....uts keep on doing like this and I dont know what to do from my side.....could you please help me how to resolve this issue
Excuse me Sir, where did you buy the battery ?I've the same issue on my 2016 and it's the same battery, Will I try to buy from Aliexpress or it's crap ?!
Actually, these are the original 2016. The newer black 2018 doesn't have a yellow accent around the touch area, and they don't have a heart rate sensor on the top. Therefore, these aren't 2018.
The buds are 2018 model, and the battery is varta 1254 a2

it has one small hole to open it. a smooth push will open. no force needed. remove that rubber like thing first
