if u have 3 cards 1 green 2 red and u play the green one that have spin on it and u hit the piece of you win???Because this is unfair u dont need to have at least 3 cards or above with the same colour to get rid?

I hope I am understanding your question and can answer it for you. You don't spin the wheel if you lay down a spin card. The person next to you spins the wheel. So a person is unable to win according to that scenario because the turn to spin would actually be the player next to them and if the wheel ends up on the scenario you gave they would be the player to discard or have to do whatever the spin landed on. I hope that helps.
