How amazing the way Allah communicates with the human being. He doesnt communicate with the beleivers like he does with any other creation. When the chips are down Allah waits for us to call. Call on him alone.

The Messenger (ﷺ) said:
If one of you finishes from the last Tashahud ,
then he should seek refuge with Allah
from four things : he says:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ
مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْر،
وَمِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ،
وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ،
وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسيحِ الدَّجَّالِ
Allaahumma ‘innee a’oothu bika
min adhaabil-qabr,
wa min ‘adhaabi Jahannam,
wa min fitnatil-Mahyaa wal Mamaat,
wa min sharri Fitnatil-Maseehid-Dajjal
O Allah, I take refuge in You
From the punishment of the grave,
And from the torment of the Fire,
And from the trials and tribulations
of life and death
And from the evil affliction of
Al-Maseeh Ad-Dajjal
(Al-Bukhari)
Shaddad bin Aus narrates:
The Prophet ﷺ, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:
“The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah is:
اللّٰهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي،
لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ،
خَلَقْتَنِيْ وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ،
وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ،
أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ،
أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَىَّ وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِيْ،
فَاغْفِرْ لِيْ،
فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ إِلَّاأَنْتَ
Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, Khalaqtani wa ana ‘abduka,
wa ana ‘ala ‘ahdika wa wa‘dika mastata‘tu,
a‘udhu bika min sharri ma sana‘tu, abu-u laka bini‘matika ‘alaiyya,
wa abu‘u laka bidhanbi faghfirli,
fa-innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa anta
O Allah,
You are my Lord;
There is no Diety except You.
You created me and I am Your servant.
And I abide by Your oath and promise [that I may honour it] to the best of my ability.
I seek refuge with You from every evil I have committed.
I acknowledge Your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin,
so forgive me,
for surely there is no one who can forgive sins except You.
(Sahih al-Bukhari)

In public, sisters& females in general should keep to a formal way of communication, regardless of who they are speaking to and what platform they are using. This also includes not posting any type of picture of themselves.
This removes a great deal of unnecessary attention towards them.
The heart emoji is an emotional symbol, which may also invite a similar informal response.
