I'm proud to be an Indian doctor... sadly...the physical assaults against doctors are increasing day by day! Now I may get replies which will be against doctors..!! Strict actions are taken in other countries...that's why doctors are preparing for usmle or plab for working and living in US/UK
You asked for a reply .. OK. How about 90% of Indian doctors are just quacks from shady colleges/universities where they rarely attend college for 10 days a year, get their diagrams drawn by others, give exam with a knife on their desk to ward off invigilators, bribe their way through college etc. I personally know of 2 such students as examples (pretty sure they will one day end up killing some of their patients and then getting beaten up for not even doing basic due diligence). My cousins kid was killed (no pre-test done for penicillin injection) by such a doctor who managed to pass his medical with 33% because he was among the "quota" class. And you wonder why people want to beat up these sham doctors ?! Not saying there aren't great doctors in India ... but they are few.
How about doctors admitting patients with shoulder joint paint in ccu and say "we are keeping them for observation" and giver them 100000 bill for one night ?

But it's also about comfort and other facilities Americans are used to. And depends on which hospitals have tie up with these medical tourism companies.
Some states considered in 2018-19 to increase the prices for foreigners who are coming to seek medicare in private hospitals as population hospital ratio is low in India and the increasing prices of hospitals (because of foreigners coming) making people go to private-public patternship hospitals which is overloading them and increasing coat for govt

In the United States, Medicare pays 80 percent of the hospital cost. For the other 20 percent you have to have your own insurance or pay yourself. However, you have to be 65 years old to be eligible for Medicare. This gentleman being self employed and younger than 65 had to face the high cost. In India, private hospitals are quite expensive for the common man. Quite a few of them are very greedy and profit oriented. My brother died in a private hospital because of negligence by the hospital staff who would not release him just to collect more money. He ended up contacting infection and expired. The hospital is in Kolkata and was in the news several times in the past for unprofessional practices.

You might not be a rotten potato but people in your fraternity do rip scared and gullible people more so of you work in private-sector and your employer provides you insurance.
I'm sorry for the treatment doctors get these days, if you admit not a single shady doctor is the reason for the treatment you get.
You are right
India's medical facilities, doctor's & costs are 👌👌👌
Apollo hospitals are expensive but they offer one of the best treatment possible...I'm a govt doctor and I say this...whenever things go seriously wrong, we go to Apollo...
wish u a healthy life .. god bless u
I had to go to the hospital when I contracted a stomach bug. My bill in the US was 3000 dollars for 40 minutes in the ER.
You guys can get your treatment in here and at the same time can visit the whole country, and can still save money lol 😂
@@rushivasnaidu9066 bro. We can take a vacation, send our kids to school, buy a house, raise 3 families and get treatment in India in the same cost as the treatment in the US.

Jai hind, I love and trust my India🇮🇳.
Hey to all the folks that just randomly got this video in their feed 14 years later and are watching after 12 am.
Delhi after 13 years still looks quite the same in case of like the roads and stuff
He is not Dr Tree Haan it is "Treyhun" ,the T being spoken with tongue touching the front teeth ( there is no english equivalent for this).
Indians: We have been summoned!!
Apollo Hospitals, Chennai is undoubtedly one of the best and the most professional hospitals with some of the best doctors in India. My parents visit them annually from Assam and have been doing so for more than a decade.
Thank you henry .....visit again
💐🤓
For us :-1.Atithi devi bhava( "Guest is God ")
And
2.whole world is our family(Vasudev Kutumbkam)
But your Apollo hospital doesn't treat it's poor people as family , your vasudhev Kutumbakam theory is very discriminative towards your own people.
@@himanshukumarmaurya7326 well that's a corporate hospital, not everyone here is for charity, they have built the private hospital on their own, so somehow they have to earn that money back. If you can't afford then there are government hospitals better & cheaper than apollo , like AIIMS, PGI, I can't even name all of them.
Nice to hear good news about my country. There is another hospital in India South in Kerala. Known as RAJAGIRI HOSPITAL. Located in Cochin which is more cheaper than other hospitals and best care. This is from my personal experiences. My brother in law hada cardiac surgery last year.
Lol😂😂
This is great. Wonderful!
You can even find more good Doctors in India even in small Hospitals and these doctors are expert..
Apollo Hospital is costly..
Apollo Hospital is good for people who have got mediclaim policy in India..
By the way.. Wish you healthy life..
But it's also about comfort and other facilities Americans are used to. And depends on which hospitals have tie up with these medical tourism companies.
Dr. Naresh Trehan is one of the BIG names in India!
Apollo, fortis is very expensive for Indians but cheap for Americans.
Aurveda and shishrut samita for human health.
Jai Bharat 🚩
Why RUclips's algorithm is recommending it to me now.
It's not about money it's about experience and Indian doctors have it
Compare to any country india has cheapest in medical treatment because for main reason is dollar vs rupees.
Indian doctors are best doctor in world
Kuch pata nahi hota aur comment karna hai
You must be high while commenting this😂
@@p_HoE_niX dollar vs rupee 😂😂
Some states considered in 2018-19 to increase the prices for foreigners who are coming to seek medicare in private hospitals as population hospital ratio is low in India and the increasing prices of hospitals (because of foreigners coming) making people go to private-public patternship hospitals which is overloading them and increasing coat for govt
Whoa I didn't know thatn
Dr. Trehan has opened a different hospital “Medanta” no in Gurgaon. That’s world class too.
Why this video came in my recommendations after 14 years
I pray for Ur long life Henry
Indian medication basically is for Foreigners because foreigners can afford Indian medication but Indian can not afford it.
In India we do things & have things that are really important & most essential for life 🧡🇮🇳🙏🏻😘😍

I proud to be an Indian.
India best in the would
"would?
For foreigners only
That's why Indian doctors don't have time for Indians they are busy with foreigners
@@silvermix5093 They are busy making themselves rich, which is in human nature. Wont you try to earn back that Lakhs of rupees you spent on your medical education if you were a doctor ? People dont become doctors for charity.

in india we can just go over to any pharmacy and we can get 90% of the drugs without prescription
Thank you for sharing.. ❤️ Love from India...
You should have taken your patient to any hospital of Bengaluru or Chennai. Private hospitals of Kolkata are worst. My dad was saved from death due to liver infections by the dictors of Appollo Hospital of Chennai. Doctors in Kolkata couldn't even identify the disease. I still have ultrasonography reports of Kolkata which couldn't trace anything and I havevthise reports still today. That's the difference between South Indian hospitals and Kolkata's third class hospitals.
I'm sorry for your lose.
@@jemnoros3386 You are right, people from Kolkata themselves go to Apollo in Chennai for treatment. My parents also went to Chennai although we live near Kolkata.
Thanks. Happy New Year. @@raviraj2942
