Hi, I think the bi-metal strip is not functioning as per the diagram. It should be connected in series with the heater coil and fuse. Also pin 1 of the timer should be connected to the Neutral. Correct me, if I am wrong.
NO,NC 12vcoil dc relay ki jagah par physical door switch use karo proper fitting ka aata hai .......relay failure chance hota par physical switch is durable.we are use always physical DS instead of megnatic switch when we are convert to timer all brand. Thanks

Fine but v use timer bimetal in inverter compresor if possible v use sub zero instead of thermostat even in side by side refrigerators inverter v fix timer bimetal if possible sub zero. They only nagative thing is in defrost time light is off for Three times in 24 hours but system have no problem of cooling v done in samsung LG. Electrolux both double door and side by side refrigerators Alhamdulillah running successfully
