    1 Arrow
    20:00 Cap

    I've been watching and working out to your videos. I got a sand bag. I really don't do much through the day so my body hasn't been worked for a while. I had no idea a little ole 10lbs bag of sand would literally kick my butt!!! Its working muscles I didn't know I had!! Man I feel like a weakling 🤣🤣🤣 thank you so much for these videos!!!
