I have not watched your build, and there seems to be a "spitting" sound that I suspect is from a diaphragm type air pump for your assist. If that is in fact what I am hearing you can greatly reduce the sound by poking 2 holes in the lid if a jar to insert a line from pump and then to nozzle and screw jar on. I have used this type of setup as a muffler on fish tanks for many years. The air goes in as a pulse but has to build pressure to get out which then becomes more consistent in flow. Certainly a nice setup you have there.

Would it be possible to get the STL files for the hacksaw bed please?
Lightburn will allow you to raster by object which would definitely speed that rastering up.
Hey Bill will you share the diy ?
Bill if You use line rather than fill it would go a lot quicker "Raster" in Fill is 1" 10s, "Raster" in line is 10s
Do you know where can I buy these plans for balsa wood rc planes to cut on my laser cuter too?
Why is the laser pausing all the time when cutting ?
It leaves a .030" part-to-sheet connection. It keeps the parts from dropping out and getting in the way of the laser as it cuts the rest of the sheet.
@@MicroRotors ah great info, guess you have a great piecde of software to do that routing ?
cheers
