I can see why the ghost decided to haunt/freeload there. I wouldn't be surprised if one day, a staff opens the warehouse and finds a World War II tank kit fully assembled early in the morning.
I would love a video about how Private Warehouse works. Do you put all my model kits in one physical box? Do you set aside a portion of a shelf? Is it purely a digital inventory tracking feature?

Nice backstage video! I even remember a question asking us if we were interested in taking a look at the warehouse in one of your feedback thingies. The most I am interested in is how do you guys manage all the private warehouses from customers. Every option I think of is a nightmare xD.

Just a friendly advice. They're subject to the whims of Bandai and when they repop a batch of whatever model you're waiting. It could be your lucky day and next month they repop the model you wanted as well as you could be waiting years.
Is there a physical section for private warehouse or do the items just stay in there designated sections and then picked once someone ships? Also are there frequent buyers you recognize who you don’t worry about shipping compared to others?
HLJ would get a lot more international customers if they had better shipping prices... The kits and stock in the warehouse are great prices but high shipping cost means I can't buy as much as I want to
We appreciate your thoughts! We're doing everything we can to make shipping prices as affordable they can be for everyone. We also have shipping discounts fairly often, and our private warehouse feature is useful for those who can't ship as frequently!

YAY!) - I find ths quite fascinatng! I'm a Fan & Regular Customer! And yes, I would LOVE 2 see how the 'Private Warehouse' is set up, the Customer Reps we communicate with & the Office set-up of how U all wrk ths out so successfully! Plus, maybe a shot of outdoors frm your location - window, side door, Dock, whtevr... Bye bye now..
