  • Over the last three decades, the forces of globalisation, such as market integration, technological advances, and financial liberalisation, among others, have transformed global governance systems, including for Global Health. The increased role of non-state actors has resulted in a more diverse system of 'complex multilateralism’, reflecting power shifts from national governments to international organisations, public institutions to private ones, and inter-governmental organisations (IGOs) to global multistakeholder forums and public-private partnerships (PPPs).
In this second webinar, we will explore the cast of actors, the roles they play, and what these shifts mean for global health governance and accountability.
