Food and Footprints- Greg and Jumi thank you so much for the support. We not only feel it is important to document this historical time but it also is a way for us to get a long walk in with Hudson 🐾🐾who honestly is missing all the people and food he usually finds on the streets!
Your videos during this time have really captured the spirit of the city like no others. They really touch my heart. All the very best to you J&K......kisses to Hudson.
renee nosal we can’t thank you enough for your wonderful feedback. We really have been trying to capture but only the emptiness of the City right now but also the despair along with the feelings of hope that we have. We hope you are also staying safe and healthy and Hudson sends big kisses 🐾🐾

Joe & Noreen Romano thank you so much for the wonderful feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed the music we chose to match the mood of the video. We hope you also enjoy watching some of our other RUclips videos highlighting how the City looks these days.
Danielle Terry thank you so much! We are glad your family is still safe and healthy in the City. We are hopeful that New York will be able to return stronger than ever once it is safe to do so.
Food and Footprints- Greg and Jumi yes there really is even more graffiti on the streets than there has been in years! We also figure that the police have other priorities now than having undercover officers on the lookout for graffiti artists spraying away.

I can’t believe that the artist Steven Powers is in your video. About four hours ago I went online out of nowhere and typed in today’s artists that are similar to Keith Haring and a few came up but I clicked on this artists name for the first time ever read all about him and now I see him in your video that’s pretty wild
Diane B that is wild. We have known ESPO since the 1990s when he moved to a NYC from Philly. We photographed his graffiti pieces in the 1990s and interviewed him for our book “Broken Windows: Graffiti NYC”. He such a talented artist.
Travel Channel we are so glad you enjoyed watching! Thank you so much for commenting as we really appreciate the feedback. Hope you are staying safe and healthy.
Kimberlee Brooks-Trakis we are glad our video brought back good memories. Slowly NYC is coming back with the streets more lively with outdoor dining now being offered by many restaurants. We hope you enjoy watching some of our other videos highlighting NYC and how it looks these days. We post new videos twice a week!!
rabidlives yes we love ESPO’s work and have known him since the 1990s when we documented his graffiti and interviewed him for our book “Broken Windows: Graffiti NYC”. Thank you so much for watching and commenting.
Diane B no lines to get into any subway station especially these days as much fewer people are taking the subway but sadly these people are waiting in line to get free food.
Diane B they are all lined up to get free food at the Bowery Mission. Sadly many are homeless and or out of work due to the Coronavirus. The bags they carry are their possessions. 😥
James and Karla sigh. This video was so moving to me to watch. Something about it was different than the others. Watching the artist and seeing what he was creating a really had chills great job as usual
Diane B we really appreciate the wonderful feedback. We are really trying to capture how the City looks and feels right now. It was special for us to run into our friend ESPO while he was spray painting and best of all was that he was working on sketching and then painting the “dogs”! Hudson was excited too as it really looked similar to him! 🐾🐾

You guys are making an incredible time capsule of this crazy time in NYC and capturing it in a way that most probably won’t

Graffiti is what tells the story of peoples lives especially during this pandemic.

Wow look at all of the graffiti! Can imagine there’s been more of it with less people out on the street and more gates with the closed shops
Food and Footprints- Greg and Jumi yes there really is even more graffiti on the streets than there has been in years! We also figure that the police have other priorities now than having undercover officers on the lookout for graffiti artists spraying away.
Vry thks for your efforts

Subway?
Diane B no lines to get into any subway station especially these days as much fewer people are taking the subway but sadly these people are waiting in line to get free food.
I watch the video again and I saw the thumbnail that is so sad
Diane B it was definitely sad to see how many people are needing basic necessities like food and shelter. It breaks our heart ❤️
Why are all those people lined up with bags in their hands
Diane B they are all lined up to get free food at the Bowery Mission. Sadly many are homeless and or out of work due to the Coronavirus. The bags they carry are their possessions. 😥
