I'll add it to the description but it still works it is just Thermal Expansion devs changed the recipe to only work with Liquid XP or Knowledge what ever they call it. If you set up a mob farm with something that well let the mobs drop the Actually Additions XP cube things you can melt those in a Magma Crucible and transfer that to the Liquid Transposer for making powders. You can also use the tome of knowledge to fill a Portable Tank from your own xp levels or capture mobs in morbs and convert them into drops which will give off liquid xp also.

They changed the recipe to where you need liquid XP now instead of redstone. There is a Note in the Description of the video.

Update. They changed some of the recipes for that packs to fix the theme of the pack when it was released back in 1.4.
